Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Learning to stay balanced in the moment leads to staying balanced in all of your day.

That which disturbs you disturbs your balance.

You all can overcome distractions by reading your Mother Guru’s Darshan Line to each and every one of you.

I do not write you as a whole or simply just write each day for the sake of writing.

I write to each and every one of you.

Each day is filled with your Mother Guru’s Love.

The words are prasad from the Mother’s Table.

And all of you become part of the Mother’s Life.

I try hard not to miss writing you every day of my life.

Thus when you concentrate on the words, your breath becomes easier and your focus more vital and you are in the Mother’s Moment.

Doing this begins to heal any painful pranas in your life or your past lives.

Painful pranas can be triggered at any moment.

Yet if you learn to breathe deeply and fully, these pranas can become a learning experience for you and for others.

I do not take any pain in my chela’s heart or prana lightly.

You are all part of my being and I watch very closely.

As Guru I bring you my heart and the heart of our Baba Neem Karoli.

We are with you every moment of your lives.

You learn to be kind to you and to recognize your beauty and any darkness that enters into the moment.

Meditation brings wisdom to attend to your feelings in a clear and deep way.

Simply by reading your Mother Guru words you are drinking in the wisdom that will help you to attend to yourself intentionally and to attend to others.

One need not be so formal in meditation one needs only to pay attention and not to bring unnecessary turbulence into your lives.

This will bring you balance of mind and heart.

There is enough problems in this world to make any one tense and stressful.

One needs to navigate themselves in a way that is in the moment never forgetting how much you are loved.

Follow your heart this day and be detached from stressful situations.

In other words do not react.

Do not react to other peoples anger.

Reaction is the mother of toxic stress.

Do not respond to others with anger.

You are filled with love.

One can get their point across with out a heavy beating heart or memories of yesterday where there was so much stress in your life.

Get inside of the Universal Mother’s Mind.

Be truthful in the moment.

Do not be so upset with the world that you can not do anything about it.

There is a divine rhythm in you that is continuous through out time.

You are under the Mother’s Wings always.

Be creative in your life instead of falling into depression and stress.

I know how hard this is.

Yet all I am asking you is to try.

I am also begging you to VOTE, please Vote, you must Vote.

This way you are adding to the richness and depth of creation.

You are bringing your expression to the moment.

I love you my chelas so very much.

Feel this love when you can feel a lack of meaning and chaos.

Feel this love when you are calm.

Feel the Mother’s Embrace all during this day.

I will hold you in my heart.

Know this, know this, know this.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
