Om Ganesha,

Evening Pujas and Prayers

January 7, 2007

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

The Teaching of the Skull has always been a favorite of my chelas.

The Skull has no gender nor is it attached to anything.

The Skull just is.

No eyes to see yet sees all like a shadow with a thousand eyes.

No mouth to make a sound out loud, yet can speak in the heart with words of wisdom and truth.

No nose to grasp a scent yet secretly enjoys the jasmine prana.

No fingers to touch yet can touch all with out hurting.

The ancient crows can see the skull as they fly over head or perch in the sockets.

The Skull whispers into the night, learn and teach, learn and teach, learn and teach.

The Skull is perfection and happiness rises from the depths of one’s Being when the desires of flesh is ripped away.

One knows the Skull for what it is.

Not a dreamer yet dreams dream of the Skull.

THE SKULL IS THE ESSENCE OF DETACHMENT, BEAUTY AND COMPASSION.

I will teach you more and more of the art of recognizing the Skull.

The sun going down over Kashi will signal one to meditate on the Skull of existence.

Mother Dawn will awake the desire to understand detachment in the Form Of The Skull.

And I will teach you more and more of the Skull, this I promise.

This day felt like the first day of spring as I rode around our Kashi with Natha on my lap and my Brother Mel and Sister in law Ellen.

So many children were on the Ashram.

My Amy from Aspen and whose brother died in our River House came with friends and kids and family.

I love her very much and adored her brother.

Our kids were in the Ganga and hers were also.

Some of my chelas were working hard on their Mother Ashram

And the work went on.

Kashi belongs to all of us.

And each of us take responsibility in making Her the Jewel of the World that She is.

The day expanded into a wonderland of sun and flowing waters of the Ganga.

We rode around and around throughout the day’s splendor.

AND WE LIVE HERE MY CHELAS!

What bliss to live at the Feet Of The Guru Mother as She indeed lives at the Feet Of Her Guru Baba.

I touched the Earth with my hands and gave thanks for Her Beauty.

I enjoyed my big brother and Ellen.

I love the way they love my Mother Ashram.

Our roots are in the Mother’s Land.

I love you my chelas.

Know of this love.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.

Love Ma

Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai

Always at His Feet Of Our Neem Karoli Baba Ki Jai
