Om Ganesha,
Morning Pujas and Prayers
Feb., 2007
Namaste my chelas all over the world
This morning during my Puja meditations I thought how many of you have a critical inner voice that you keep listening to.
This is the voice of the ego.
If you give it room it will never stop.
Though it has no roots it does dig deeply into your psychi.
As human beings we have a remarkable ability to feel deeply and dwell on the negative.
Yet it is the Mother Goddess that is so deeply in you who longs to come forward and bring to you the perfection of the Self.
The Self just is and pays no attention to the thoughts of the ego.,
The Self is beyond the range of the ego mind.
A knower of the Self can understand the true implications of being positive in the moment of the Self.
The Self is your own inner being.
Be still this morning and receive the Grace of your own inner self.
As you are becoming still begin to realize how much of your day you ignore your Essential Self.
Some times the ego drowns out the beauty of the Divine Self.
Yet The Self is always there always Here and always near.
The Self resides in the heart of the individual as the Jiva Atman, and in the Universal Thought as Atman.
The ego has one think that there are mysterious karmas.
There is no mystery to karma.
One breathes and one lives.
One breathes and one loves.
One breathes and one serves.
One breathes or one listens to the ego and forgoes the beauty of the breath in the moment.
The Divine Self is the support and joy of all the pranas.
Yet it is when the Mother Guru takes you deeply inside that you discover the Cosmic Will can consume the ego quite easily.
And this happens when the breath is suspended.
The beauty of being quiet is that you do not even realize that you are not breathing and yet you are internally breathing.
Deep in the quiet of meditation, the body knows how to sustain prana as the Soul rises to the heavens.
This is the Ultimate Source Of Life, Death and Breath.
The ego looks to externalize movements of the mind.
Yet the Goddess of prana turns the breath to the Sacred Heart of non Form.
This moment as you read your Guru Mother’s words feel the Tantric breath of your earthly body breathe on its own.
Just be a witness to the breath.
The non dual Eternal Infinite Breath.
Then bring your mind, and focus on your third chakra and feel the Fires of the now heat your whole body.
It is in this chakra that one receives the power and Shakti that is part of all the Gods and Goddesses and is worshiped and adored.
My chelas, it is impossible to know the Self through the ego mind.
The Self reveals itself by its inner light.
Look toward your third eye for a moment, breathe in and out of your third eye then breathe in and out of your Spiritual heart.
Then breathe in and out of your third eye again for about five full breaths.
Notice how much more your third eye is pulsating after you breathe in your heart.
The third eye then becomes the inner eye of the Mother which then sees inside of you.
If all this is confusing, just let the confusion go.
You are getting the words of your Guru Mother and it is Sacred Prasad.
My gift to all of you.
Perceive the world as the child of the Mother.
Perceive your self as the child of the Mother.
Give your self room to experience the moment.
This moment between Guru and chela.
Then say to your self, I know this experience, I am this experience, I am loved and I love.
Say this over and over until you feel a calm inside of you and all around you.
Identify with this calm.
See how the ego is slowly becoming a distant thought.
I love you my chelas.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to our Neem Karoli Baba.
I ask my Baba to allow you all to come closer to His Precious Feet and Heart.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
Love Ma
