Namaste my chelas all over the world.
By meditating on the third chakra the solar plexus, one acquires the wisdom of the body.
Apana is the mystical energy that presides in the third chakra and sustains the Shakti Force of the Mother with in the devotee.
The vital force of nature which is your essential self enables one to breathe and then to be able to control the breath.
Apana is the force that starts in the solar plexus and flows downward.
Samyama is intense meditation.
If one is doing samyama in the third chakra then prana and apana will merge and the yogi or yogini will feel the deepest of feminine power.
The Guru takes one into the Soul body during Darshan and this is the most powerful of bodies.
It is subtle yet filled with divine power.
Focusing upward over the head one brings the thickness of the earthly body into the flowing wisdom of the Soul Sheath of body.
One begins to feel lighter and lighter as the Guru takes you over the head.
And the earth body begins to heal.
One begins to identify with the jiva atman and the Universal Atman.
Slowly the Guru takes you through the Lokas of the Gods and Goddesses and the different rainbow inner breaths of the Soul.
In the Jaya Mother Drawings the different colors represents differ spaces.
The pink or magenta is the flowing Ganga River.
When the colors merge it is the first color that comes to mind that you meditate upon.
The Mother takes you slowly and carefully over the head and as you feel more light and more buoyant, the Mother guides you higher and higher into the Formless.
When the Guru Mother asks you to call on your Beloved, one then calls on the One they are most comfortable with or perhaps the sunset or sunrise or the falling of a star or the beauty of the sun or moon or the Paramaguru or Guru.
Millions pay homage to their beloved every day and doing this their hearts and minds are ready to absorb more easily the different stages that their Beloved takes them into.
The Mother’s Darshans have been deep and fulfilling.
More and more people are coming Here to our Sacred Kashi to feel the love of their Soul and their love for humanity.
The Endless expansion of Divine Light is immeasurable and thus imperishable.
Going deeply into meditation, The Guru Mother shows one how to wash away all unworthiness and pride.
Pride is the hardest of Cubby Holes to get out of.
The Mother is the crusher of ego’s pride.
Meditation helps one to change and grow into a more compassionate human being.
Using the Mother’s Love to rise above pride one begins to look out at the world with the open eye of contemplation.
Once one begins to exit out of the Karmic Space Of Pride then one becomes mad with joy and bliss and begins to dance with the rhythm of life and death.
The mountains and the oceans and the earth and heavens join in the dance.
The ritual of giving thanks for the elements of fire water, air heaven and earth brings one closer and closer to the Formless.
Actually one brings the Formless closer to themselves.
One stretches to their Beloved and their Beloved holds Her Hand out to them.
One pours them self into the Universe with Divine Intoxication and the Mother sees and welcomes them.
And all the time that I am taking you in, I AM WATCHING.
In darshan you will always hear the Guru saying I AM WATCHING, I AM WATCHING.
This is to keep the chela safe and always in the heart of the Soul.
Always in the flow of love.
I do not really mean that I take you up it is more like taking you in deeper and deeper.
Look around you this moment and see how much the Spirit of life and death surrounds you.
The beating of your heart can bring you a leap of joy greater than anything that you have known.
All the time teaching you how to serve others.
One has a wholly new comprehension of their relationship between themselves and the Mother.
I love you my chelas and as I do my afternoon Pujas I bring you the wisdom of Lord Shiva’s Ash.
I bring you the sharpness of Jaya Natha Kali’s wrathful sword to slay the ego and set your heart free.
Mother Kashi interrupts the ego’s thoughts of leading you into depression and pain.
You begin to see the inner core of your Being as you walk around the Ganga.
Love swells in your veins as you call out to the Place where Lord Shiva Dwells.
My Pujas and Prayers go out to The Ashen One Lord Shiva.
Show them my Lord, the beauty and the compassion of the Sacred Ash.

Being the Soul has no gender, the different form or objects of the Gods and Goddess can represent the feminine and the masculine.
The essence of the objects always end in a merge of non gender.
