In this early dawn feel how the oncoming dawn radiates the power of the Sun.
Feel the essence of your essential self being expanded to fill your whole body with light.
This light is an infusion of the energy of the Mother and stimulates all of the chakras.
As the chakras spin clockwise they release the energies from the sun, the moon and the stars.
Keep the image of your chakras spinning the fullness of Divine Light this moment and enjoy a sense of unlimited Shakti.
The Guru Mother takes you step by step, chakra by chakra into the mystery of who you truly are.
She takes you into the experience of it and you breathe it into your spiritual heart.
She guides you to understand the wonderment of the chakras.
She sheds light on all the planets and the great cosmic love of the Universal Mother.
This moment become aware of the warmth around your spiritual heart.
Feel the divine weight and joy in your body.
The spiritual heart is the center of your Being.
Feel how effortlessly it is to feel the warmth of love.
Feel my hand on your chest and know that my love radiates from my hand into your heart.
Let all the subtle stresses in your body begin to melt into the Mother’s hand.
Take all the time you need and give your full attention to where ever the tension or stress is.
Now breathe deeply into your heart and out of the top of the head.
Do this for 11 minutes.
Then just sit in love.
SIT IN LOVE.
As you sit visualize the day before you.
Know that you will live the day with the Mother’s hand on your chest.
You can not disappoint me.
Nothing you do can disappoint me.
I am your Ma and you are my child.
I impress these words on your consciousness and your unconscious.
All this day, use these words for healing of your mind body and your Soul.
Be sustained by the Life Force Of these words.
