Om Ganesha,

Morning Pujas and Prayers

June 15, 2007

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Breathe deeply in and out.

With your heart welcome the new dawn into your day.

Breathe deeply as you watch your breath.

Keep your mind focused on your third eye.

Feel that your sitting on the Ganga Shores of your Mother Kashi’s Ashram.

The soft breeze of dawn blows during the full moon night.

As your being relaxes develop a feeling of expansion.

Feel that you have become the prana all around you.

Feel the dawn encompassing the beauty of the Ganga.

Feel that you are holding the Mother Kashi in your arms.

Then feel the Ganga expanding expanding and now She is holding you.

There are soft clouds in the Kashi sky, feel as if you are dancing with them.

Feel the dawns life and vitality as she makes Her way into every tree, infusing life and vitality causing a sense of joy and bliss.

All of the Earths Air in its subtle form is the power of prana.

You are holding this power and all the cosmic energy that sustains us and all of the Universe.

Be still and say over and over, I AM PURE PRANA, I AM PURE PRANA.

Say these words and feel the prana wash over you.

Assert with in yourself the words, I AM THE MOTHER’S CHILD AND I AM FREE, I AM THE MOTHER’S CHILD AND I AM FREE.

Know that you are beyond time and space.

There is no need to struggle this day or any day.

You are loved beyond human imagination by your Paramaguru and your Guru Mother.

You are the Divine Self Of Life.

The Mother reflects throughout your eyes and through your senses.

The Mother’s cave is in your heart.

Visualize the Divine Mother in your heart.

Feel your heart beat and the rising of your chest as you breathe in and the falling of your chest as you breathe out.

Through this meditation on prana you develop a rock like strength rooted in the Goddess.

Keep breathing deeply and fully and remind your self how much your Mother Guru loves you, again and again.

And I do my chelas, I truly do.

Love Ma
