The day of Mother Laxmi has arrived
It is such a pleasure doing Pujas to Shri Devi.
She watches over Kashi with the eyes of the Universal Mother.
She is the Universe’s complete treasure.
She is the Mother who blankets the earth with Her caring and compassion and of course love.
The poet can not do Her justice. She is beyond words and thought.
She is the Mother of the path of wealth, happiness health and joy.
She is the tree of roses that grows in our hearts.
No one can seal off their heart from Her beautiful fragrance.
I have witnessed so many blessings of Mother Laxmi and Her consort Narayana on our Sacred Kashi.
She is summer’s first flame.
One searches all their lives to feel what She The Mother can give you in one split second.
She causes the Earth to tremble with glee. Her Heart of radiant light is the heart of honey that any one can taste.
She chants Her Blessings over our Ganga and we all are blessed.
This is Her Day and our day to celebrate with the Divine Mother Laxmi.
