Namaste my chelas all over the world.
As the Guruji comes into the Dattatreya Temple the breath of prem begins to call the Mother kundalini to the heart by the rhythm of the Guru’s Breath.
This may sound quite mystical yet what is it that one feels as the Mother enters the Temple as the chelas anxiously wait even after 35 years of teaching and sharing?
If one tries too hard to raise kundalini then at times She can rise too fast and one does not have the flexibility in the chakras to hold Her steady.
Awareness of the breath makes a bridge for the Mother to cross over from the spiritual to the physical.
There is always cosmic frequencies in the breath of kundalini.
Be aware of your breath bringing your body alive.
Breathing in and out of the third chakra will awaken the Mother to unwind herself from around the Great Shiva Linga.
Keep focusing on the third chakra and when you feel the Mother’s Shakti deep within the pit of your belly, only then do you move on to your heart.
One can sit for hours concentrating on the drum beat of the heart.
Yet it only takes a few minutes of a deep yearning for the Mother Kundalini to have her have you experience her.
The mysteries of the great goddess kundalini will begin to unfold for you.
Every one in the world has called on the great shakti of Kundalini’s in his or her own way since the beginning of time.
I have prepared my chelas for this time for many life times.
The chakras are ready to receive the Mother.
As one comes to Mother Kashi’s Sacred Grounds one can feel the vitality of the Mother’s Shakti immediately.
It is all about holding awareness and focusing in the moment.
As you sit before the Guru Mother there is no way that Kundalini can split.
The Guru takes you to the top of the head and over as your physical body begins to heal.
As the Mother rises within, the clouds of illusion rumble and begin to melt away.
Lightning flashes of intuition begin to open the third eye of the Mother’s child.
The heavens rain down showers of immortality and love upon the chela’s head and heart.
Reflecting on Shiva’s Crescent Moon one can feel the mind standing still.
Reflecting the full moon in the heart brings bliss.
The soul awakens and the chela’s spiritual heart is placed at the Feet Of the Guru.
One is then lost in the fullness of love.
I ask our Neem Karoli Baba to always have you feel this fullness and to bring this fullness to others.
This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
