Om Ganesha,
Evening Pujas and Prayers
July 18, 2007
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Bowing to our Baba, sprinkling water, offering flowers, reciting mantras, performing pujas touching the Guru’s Feet lighting candles doing arti, these are only some of the rituals done on Gurupurnama.
These are the external acts of the actual ritual.
When you begin to understand the actual ritual then you begin to understand the divine grace that flows throughout the actions of these rituals.
And you receive the full opportunity to come up to the Guruji and touch Her Feet.
The value of this action lives inside of you for the rest of your life.
Bringing a positive life force toward your daily and spiritual activities.
The Guru Mother looks into your Soul and sees any blocks that stop you from receiving the highest and fullest blessings from the Guru.
In the moment that you approach the Guru you are breathing the rhythm of the cosmic breath which establishes harmony in your life.
There is nothing more exciting in my life than to touch the Feet Of My Guru Baba.
The sweetness of the flesh of His Feet holds me minute to minute.
Many years ago or was it life times ago, when I did not let my chelas touch my Feet, my Baba taught me such a great lesson.
I went to hold tight to His Holy Feet, and He pulled them back under His Blanket and asked me, HOW DOES IT FEEL MY MA?
It was at that moment that I knew my chela’s heart fully and decided to allow my chelas to touch the Feet Of The Mother.
The subtlest state of sound vibration can be felt in the Guru and chelas breath and this lives like a song in the chelas life.
In the moments of being with Guru that which is dormant comes alive.
The one thing that my Baba taught me is that there is nothing more precious than Gurupurnama.
Between the space that is there between Guru and chela there is only unconditional love.
This Gurupurnama Intensive I will take you into the Great Emptiness and you will become a vehicle for the Mother’s Love.
You become the witness and the Goddesses are the doers.
When you are the witness the I disappears.
You are simply watching.
You are simply learning.
You are simply being.
The Guru is like a cup brimming with total nectar which She gives to you to drink every moment of your life.
Drink deeply my chelas and rejoice that you have Guru in Flesh.
I love you all so very much.
Love Ma
