Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Your relationship with the inner world is one of quiet meditation.
Relax and bring a picture of your Beloved to your mind.
Feel the love coming from your Beloved to you.
Feel the great connection which is effortless.
Gently feel your Beloved in your circle of love.
Do not judge your self in any way just let go of all of your burdens.
You do not have to defend yourself, you don’t have to protect yourself, just be open and feel the love.
With this thought you have mental happiness.
Bring your Beloved into your heart.
Feel the sense of honesty in this moment.
Notice if there is any separation between you and your Beloved.
Jump across the separation if there is one.
When you have fear no matter if it is real or not, the ego mind brings you to the field of even a greater fear.
Bring a friendship toward your fear and embrace it.
Now notice how the fear is beginning to melt.
This is all happening as you look toward your Beloved in your Third Eye or Higher Mind.
Think of your Beloved deeply now and see the reality of a true spiritual relationship.
Gather in the Shakti that is around you and your Beloved.
Focus on the Beauty of your Beloved.
See if you feel a state of friendship and warmth.
Focus on the goodness of your heart.
Your Beloved only wants you to be happy and free.
Your Beloved sees a deeper truth inside of yourself.
This manifestation of love can be yours every time you do this exercise.
When you meditate on your Beloved, She or He gives you all Her attention.
Do not let the ego steal this moment.
This moment is as deep as the degree of your attention.
When there is torment of the mind, turn to your heart space over the head.
The Chidakasha, THE HEART SPACE OVER YOUR HEAD.
And when the torment lets up see how tremendously empowered you are by being in the Chidakasha.
Give thanks for your Satsanga.
There is nothing greater than Satsanga.
Last night THE FIRST NIGHT OF OUR KALI NATHA TANTRIC YOGA TEACHER TRAINING.
Every one’s heart was broken open with the truth of their own Higher Self.
To be a teacher is to be wide open and the opening of your heart to others is a symbol of life itself.
Each gurubai became closer and closer to each other as the night went on.
I watched the faces of my chelas lit up with love.
Even if I was not the students Guru I am The Mother.
And the Mother’s Love was felt.
There was such a sense of joy and happiness and confidence and of gracefulness and ease.
Using the experience of the breath the whole sense of time began to drop away and there was just the breath.
One could not tell where their Beloved’s Breath stopped and their own began.
I kept bringing my chelas back to the breath.
Coming back to the breath always dissolves what it is that you do not need.
You do not learn about the breath.
You become the breath.
Becoming the Teacher of Kali Natha Yoga has the breath become the Teacher also.
There is a higher vibration in the awoken breath.
Feel this vibration this very second.
Now say the simple words over and over I AM LOVED BY MY MA, I AM LOVED UNCONDITIONALLY.
Feel the sweetness of now in the now.
All your questions will be answered in the now.
