Identification with the ego causes the bearing of Karmas through each life time.
By being aware of the thoughts of the ego one develops an insight into the rooting out of negative karmas.
Meditation at the Feet Of The Guru ones mind is led to the lofty heights of meditation overcoming the functions of the ego.
When the idea of the ego is reduced the ego itself begins to disappear.
You see my chelas, the ego is simply an illusion when paid attention to it grows into a false identify.
Being aware every moment one can commune with the Cosmic Mind.
One, due to Meditation becomes filled with creativity and begins to climb out of the stagnant pool of the ego mind.
There is no power like the great Shakti of thought power.
