Namaste my chelas all over the world.
The idea of self acceptance comes from the heart of yearning.
When one has this self acceptance one drinks from the nectar of the Great Goddesses which drips down from the third eye and the crescent moon of Lord Shiva. To put these words in an interfaith format is to say when one has self acceptance there is no problem of receiving all that there is to receive from their Beloved.
It brings the yogi the refined level of Shakti that was always available and waiting for the yogi’s self acceptance.
By drinking the nectar of self acceptance the chakras turn in total harmony.
How can any one lead a balanced life if they think they do not deserve it.
The main objective of all yogas is to free oneself from all the bondage of past karmas and the karmas of the moment this can not happen when one has self pity or unworthiness.
This moment pretend or imagine that you are free from all guilt and unworthiness.
Receive the love of your Beloved in the form of the breath of the heart.
Feel the heart chakra fill and turn in balance with all of the Universe.
Feel yourself free from bondage especially bondage from the ego mind.
Breathe in and out of your heart with a strength you never felt before.
As you breathe into your heart feel the nectar of the Goddess fall into the spiritual heart and then drip and flood the rest of your Chakras.
Breathe from the third eye.
Do this breath for about five minutes do not worry about the out breath, just keep paying attention to the breath of nectar.
Soon you will feel the joy of being able to have self acceptance.
The third eye is the psychic center of your being.
Breathing as such you are awaking this psychic center more and more.
With out self doubt the higher consciousness is expanded beyond all limitations.
The ego tries to sabotage the chela with unworthiness.
Remember always my chelas that the Guru Mother stands between you and your ego baring the wrath of Mother Kali.
You then enter the realm of your Mother’s Heart free from the ego mind and all that it brings you.
All Mother Goddesses take Form and become different manifestations of the same universal self.
Each Mother is unique powerful and supremely divine.
Call on the Mother of your heart and ask Her to take from you all that you do not need.
She is always waiting with all Her many hands filled with weapons of truth and love to destroy your ego.
Just call on Her.
The repetition of the Mother ’s Name is unfailing in its results.
Your life will be enriched as you sit at the Feet Of Your Guru On Her Sacred Kashi Ashram
By being on Kashi you are enriched by the sweetness of Mother Kashi.
Your heart opens wide and you receive all the help you need to feel truly feel the joy of self acceptance.
Yesterday my little Jewel Lotus who is my Jewel of my heart picked me up for my first ride in her go cart that her dad and she built.
We took my little Natha with us and your Ma was in complete bliss.
Sita and Vajra was such fun to be with.
On the back of the go cart it said LONG LIVE MY GURU.
My Jewel has been saying these words since she was very little.
I must say that to have my baby drive me around our own Ashram was the magic time of my life.
I can not remember having such a good time in a long time.
