Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Last night as my chelas gathered around me, I taught of the SEVEN LIGHTS OR SUNS OF THE SOUL AND HOW ONE CAN REACH THIS STAGE AND BRING THE ESSENCE BACK INTO THE EARTHLY BODY.
One then lives with this bright light of existence in their being and are ready for happiness that this light is bringing them.
They then share the Light with others and this is the beauty of the Teaching.
I loved looking and hugging my young ones.
My pregnant ladies who once sat on my lap and still do held the future generation of Kashi kids.
My Ganga Das honey, I want more than one you know!
I have no doubt my Ramesh in Ireland does know!
The night was warm with love and deep with our Baba.
Every one is coming Home for the last intensive of the year and to bring in the New Year with the Mother Guru.

My chelas, I know for so many this is a very hard time so become very aware.
There is an old Tibetan Teaching of a group of monks who went to the Buddha and asked how to take the stress of the world from themselves.
The Buddha answered, imagine you have plugs in the bottom of your feet, and you have pulled them all out and all the stress flowed and flowed out of you.
Then imagine you pick up these plugs and put them back in and feel a great light fill you from the top of your head freeing you from stress and bringing beauty to your hearts.
Then open your hands and let the golden light out of your finger tips bringing happiness to all you serve.
The stress disappeared from the monks and they practiced this spiritual exercise a few times a day.
And so can you.
