Namaste my chelas all over the world.
There are times when expectations keep you out of the moment.
It also has you judging friends and families.
When you expect so much from someone then you can not enjoy them as they are.
When a person makes a promise to fulfill a dream of someone else, and does not keep his word then there is deep frustration in the one promised.
This is why one should depend on themselves and Guru and just love in the moment and of course to always keep their promises.
When one does not expect anything they live with a heart of unconditional love.
The desire to be right, one of the 11 Karmic Spaces brings about a lot of pain.
The desire to expect to always be right brings about even more pain.
It is the spirit of this desire that takes away one’s ability to listen to others.
To expect perfection from your self is also damaging to your life.
As you live in the moment, there is no expectation there is only life in the moment.
One becomes sullen as they live in the darkness of expectation.
My chelas this day expect nothing and enjoy everything.
When you are in the moment your heart is in love with the Mother Goddess.
One only can expect the moment to be lived fully at the Feet Of The Universal Mother in your heart.
Yes you can meditate in the moment by closing your eyes and see inside of your spiritual center.
She teaches one how to be in the now.
The Goddess placed the spiritual heart with in the center of the human chest and this part of you belongs to the Universal Mother.
When you meditate in this place, you expect nothing, you look for nothing, you just are.
Not expecting anything is an art of living in the moment.
Awareness takes you to the living moment.
One can be guided each moment from the light in ones heart.
This can only happen in the calm state of spiritual intuition.
My chelas breathe in the moment the breath of the Mother then you would not have to expect anything for you will be living everything at the Feet Of The Mother.
