Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Some people have the habit of thinking: i am not as wise or as good as people think I am.
I have them all fooled:
This is the ego bringing you down and making you think that you are not as worthy as you truly are.
The ego also has you thinking that others are better than you.
This is not true.
All of you are not your past or your future you are the now.
And if you are reading these words then you are aware of the now.
And awareness is the secret of ignoring the ego.
When you are constantly listening to your ego mind then the ego takes precedence over your own needs and the needs of others.
Breathe in and out deeply my chelas and restore your faith in yourself.
Reflect on your Guru Mother’s love for you and give up your low self esteem.
You do this by offering it to the Mother Smashan Kali.
If you can not listen to your heart then you are not really living.
The power of unconditional love seeps into your being as you sit in meditation.
As an open fire is fed the wood so is the furnace in your solar plexus ready to be fed that which you do not need.
Meditation is becoming a master of the art of living.
Meditation does not mean to make your mind a blank slate.
Meditation is more introspective of one’s self.
Getting to know you.
It is refreshing to rest the mind for a little wild.
It is even refreshing to watch your thoughts fly by.
Not to grab on to every thought.
Not to always go backward with your thoughts and live times that were hard over and over again.
Your Beloved’s Heart has your name stamped upon it.
There is no limitation to Her Love For You.
She is your Forever Beloved.
The innermost song of the mystic is the song of love and longing for the Mother
All pain is swept away in the currents of Her love.
She stands on the ego and crushes it to ash.
Her essential nature is to protect you at all times.
She brings you to the edge of yourself.
She brings you to the nothingness and then brings you back to the now.
She catches your heart and She gladly gives all of Her love to you.
She raises your self esteem.
She brings forth your hidden qualities.
She is your Beloved.
She comes to you in many forms.
Be aware chelas, be aware of Her breath which is always in you.
