Om Ganesha,

Morning Pujas and Prayers

Feb. 6, 2008

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

The Guru Mother does not test you, you test yourself.

You test yourself to test your qualities.

You test yourself because you can not accept that the Mother loves you as you are.

If you learn to cooperate with the heart of the Mother with in you, you then begin to stop testing yourself and you begin to live in the moment

Meditation lifts you from the cloud of unworthiness and brings you into the moment.

With awareness you live every moment and life becomes full.

By the time you reach old age and your skin is creased with wrinkles you have lived your life every moment due to meditation.

Stop this moment reading your Mother’s words and zero in on what you are actually feeling.

Watch your breath and see if you have absorbed any of the meaning in the words.

As you watch your breath you are accepting your feelings.

Do not try to make your feelings go away.

Just watch them with your Higher Mind of observation.

Then reread the Darshan Line and see what your feelings are in that moment.

You see my chelas, you feel different things every moment of your life.

Let the tension split in half and flow away.

Notice if you are holding your body tight or ridged

Relax your body and watch your breath.

This is a way of comforting yourself as you learn to be aware of you.

When you are aware of what you are feeling then you become aware of what others are feeling also.

It all becomes a part of the spiritual progress of the chela.

Doing this you are able to stop anger and jealousy.

Doing this your thoughts will reveal them selves to you.

Relaxing your body and splitting your tension you are letting the breath keep you young and in the moment.

Focus your attention on your breath any time during your day.

You can do this as you work or talk or doing your chores.

Watching the breath keeps life fresh and free.

Watching the breath you are learning to listen to your self and learning to listen to yourself is a way of respecting yourself.

You also learn how to listen to others.

One does not escape the mind by watching the breath, one learns to control the mind.

Your heart is your temple.

Your Soul hears your Guru Mother.

The Universal Mother lives in the heart of your Soul.

With determination and practice and love one can conquer the ego.

I will help you my chelas.

The young Bhagavati dances on one foot as She does Her Pujas to Lord Shiva.

When you receive this Painting meditate on the number of ghats going into the Sacred River.

For instance the first one on the left under the sun has three steps.

Say Om Namah Shivaya three times for each step on the ghats.

I love you my chelas with all my heart.

Love Ma
