Om Ganesha,
Namaste my chelas all over the world,
The only thing you can know is what the heart holds and the voice can put into words.
The song of the heart is the joyful rhythm of meditation.
This evening when you sit to meditate, enjoy the moment of the breath.
Ask yourself, WHAT IS IT THAT I AM FEELING?
Watch the breath and go deeply into your heart.
Ask yourself, IS THIS PLEASURE?
Then stop for a moment with your eyes closed and see if you can feel the sparks of love coming from your heart.
Follow or guide the sparks all through out your body.
Be relaxed, and feel the sparks of love energize your whole being.
If you do this in the morning, then go into the deepest breathing you have ever done holding and letting go of the breath for the longest amont of time.
After five deep breaths like this, ask yourself, WHAT IS IT THAT I FEEL THIS SECOND.
Notice where the sparks of love are going.
Notice the warmth they are giving off.
Feel your heart not as a stranger, feel your heart as your friend who is embracing you.
You are the Mother’s Love.
You are the Mother Guru’s Love.
You are the total joy of your Paramaguru Baba
I love you.
Do this deep breathing when ever you have time to inquire.
End with WHO AM I FOR 20 MINUTES.
If you are doing this meditation at night before sleep, then do not hold the breath just let it flow in and out and end with WHO AM I?
