Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Did you ever feel that you were falling into a dark hole and can not stop yourself?
I must tell you that you can stop the downward fall, you can pull your self out and feel the experience of the now.
It is your thoughts that keeps you falling into the darkness until it becomes familiar.
From way beneath you coming up into your sacred bone about one inch beneath the base of the spine comes a spiral of love that the Mother is sending you to push the thoughts upward and out of the top of the head into the purity of the Universe.
This spiral of the Universal Mother is always there.
You bring your awareness of your dark thought and watch it rise out the top of your head.
She touches every chakra in your body, beneath your body and over your head.
And each time you say to yourself IT IS JUST A THOUGHT OR JUST TO SAY TO YOURSELF THINKING, THE MOTHER TAKES OVER .
This spiral is the key to the heart, and to the open full heart.
Stressful thoughts comes into the light and nothing can escape the brightness of the Light of every religion or path or spirituality.
For some the dark hole becomes your religion and thinking I AM DEPRESSED becomes your mantra.
You yourself cause the impressions that you brought life time after life time to your lower mind, your ego mind.
Now it is the time to feel the happiness by understanding the Mother’s Spiral.
This is your practice this night.
If your thoughts get the best of you, come all the way down straight down beneath your sacred bone.
After a while one will be able to feel the spiral of the Father coming from the Universe point first and the two spirals male and female meet in the heart chakra.
At this time the ego is crushed.
Sadness is crushed.
All this powerful shakti is in you to use.
After you do this for a while just stay in your heart and breathe in and out deeply, fully, and joyfully.
You have the eyes to see the heart open and the ego run.
No matter how many times you have to do this, JUST DO IT.
Be kind to yourself and know that the Mother is always the safety net.
So many times you can not stop your self.
Now you have a practice that will help you not fall into the darkness of depression.
It may take a little while to get it right.
But your Mother Guru will continue to teach you until you understand.
What irritates you can be a good thing.
Because you can use it for the good.
Take the irritation and bring it on the point of the Mother’s spiral and feel it rise out of the top of your head and the purity of the universe will turn it into the beauty of the universe.
When you do this with one thought of darkness or sadness or irritation and it rises up, take a little time and do the deep breathing for how ever long you can sit.
Watch how deep the Mother will take you.
You can feel the Shakti of bliss right this moment.
Breathe in your Mother Guru and breathe out your Mother Guru and She will breathe into your heart and stay there.
There is always a connection.
Look at the Mother Bhagavati doing Her asana with glee.
She is your joy and your love.
Before you meditate on the Mother Bhagavati look toward your Ganesha ( if your have received it or when you receive it ) and ask Him to remove all obstacles that stand in your way of watching the Mother doing Her Asana by the Ganges for you my chelas, for you.
