Om Ganesha,

Evening Pujas and Prayers

May 8, 2008

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Looking toward Ganesha, the breath becomes a vehicle for the spiritual experience of Divine Love.

He is the connection between body mind and Soul.

He removes all obstacles in the way of going toward the Mother.

He is never more than a breath away from Mother Laxmi.

He is the first step one takes toward transformation from the state of sleep to the state of awareness.

One can ask Him anything.

He also breaks the thought process that constantly plagues one with past pains which have already gone yet the ego mind brings back.

One says to themselves, EXPERIENCING GANESHA, I WILL BREATHE HIM IN.

EXPERIENCING GANESHA I WILL BREATHE HIM OUT.

Do this for 11 full breaths.

Then just watch yourself being filled with the God that all the Gods and Goddesses love the most and call out to before all meditations.

After the 11 breaths your body will feel light like a feather.

You can do the Ganesha Breath as much as you want to.

This easy breath penetrates the ego mind and brings one to the moment.

This breath also results in inner harmony.

The more you do it, you more calmer you become.

Soon Lord Ganesha becomes the breath body and one can feel His Love in their own breath.

This takes practice and perseverance.

Introspective breathing is a big part of this teaching and is a good base for meditation.

It is the conscious observation of inhalation and exhalation.

In Hinduism Ganesha is the Beloved for so many.

Yet one can use who ever there Beloved is for this breath of inner harmony.

Ganesha brings one the conscious breathing with out so much mental interference of the ego.

Breathing then becomes a conscious act and flows through out your day.

Looking toward your Tantric Painting of Ganesha by the Ganges the River also becomes your breath.

After your 11 full breaths look toward Ganesha and feel the freedom He brings you.

He will never fail you.

I love you my chelas.

Love Ma

Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai

Always at His Feet Of Our Neem Karoli Baba Ki Jai

Thus one trains the Higher mind and it stops going over the past over and over.
