Namaste my chelas all over the world.
When we follow an Interfaith Spiritual Path one begins a hero’s journey of the Soul rediscovering it’s Source.
The journey is an inward one aided by the love of Mother Guru.
One seeks esoteric wisdom for years and years to no avail only to find what they are looking for is inside of themselves.
When life looks the darkest then the journey looks the most precious.
One is never alone on the path of spirituality.
By identifying our experience on our spiritual journey as one of wisdom and love, life becomes lighter and lighter.
The path of freedom is in our bones.
We know how it is to feel freedom.
It is our birth right.
One knows the Spiritual Path of their hearts.
It is in their blood.
It is in their faith.
The Mother Guru always reveals the path of returning to the Source to the seeker.
The spiritual realm of the Gods and Goddesses always welcomes one to its shores.
Meditation brings one home always to the shores of the Ganga.
I offered my sanyasan the mystery of the heart and they both loved the magic of it all.
Every one can let go of the darkness and find the lit path of the Mother.
Breathe deeply in and out letting go of all thoughts or not paying attention to them at all.
Your breath is the link between life and death, consciousness and unconsciousness.
Letting go of the breath is letting go of all sorrow.
Sorrow dissolves and hope is breathed in.
As hope fills your heart feel the bright sun enter on the breath and any darkness go out into the Universe turning into light.
Expectations creates limitations, just let go and feel free.
Keep breathing as such and keep filling with light.
This is the Light that allows you to become who and what you are.
As you learn to do this little breathing exercise you will find that you can do it with anything.
Letting go of any difficulty and breathing in a flow of ease, is also a way to find the time to be in the Light.
One also finds as they breathe in and out that they are never apart from their Beloved.
One sees and feels the grace of their Beloved on every breath that one takes in and on every breath that one breathes out.
It is a lover’s heart that fills with the love of the Guru.
The spiritual lover is the most profound lover in the Universe.
In your heart you can hear the pulses of the Mother Earth as you breathe in and out.
The luster of the Universal Mother’s Being, stays with you on the in or the out breath.
And then the place of the non breath.
He is always in my heart our Neem Karoli Baba.
There is no breath that can describe one’s love for Guru and the love that Guru has for chela.
Ganesha, Ganesha, Ganesha, free my chelas from any obstacle that keeps them from their Beloved.
Ganesha, Ganesha, Ganesha, let them always know your compassion and love as I do.
I bow to you my Ganesha, in the name of all of my chelas.
The birds in the paintings fly away with any thing you do not need and brings it into the light to turn into a pure force of the Universal Mother.
