Om Ganesha,
Evening Pujas and Prayers.
June 3, 2008
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
One has no idea how much devotion is in their heart.
There are also many seeds of compassion in all of us.
Devotion and compassion go hand in hand in the seekers heart.
When one dives deeply into their own mind they get beyond the ego mind and into their higher mind.
Inspiration comes from love.
It comes in the moment that you least expect it.
Inspiration also bursts forth from spiritual intuition.
In moments of deep meditation inspiration can come on the wings of the breath
Repeating quietly the word OM over and over in your mind on the in breath and the out breath, the whole body becomes relaxed and a feeling of safety comes about.
One experiences OM in many special ways according to their own karma.
Yet the beauty of it is available to every one.
Om stands before most mantras like OM NAMAH SHIVAYA.
It is the door to the spiritual and human heart.
Om is the dynamic aspect of the breath and breaks through the wall that the ego puts up.
It brings one to the absolute inside of their hearts.
There is a fire of Om in the pit of the belly that if one concentrates on this chakra as they say out loud or to themselves OM over and over the fire is said to enter the spiritual heart in the center of their chest and the warmth of the Mother flows over them.
The Absolute is every where.
There is no where it is not.
The realization of this brings peace of mind and Soul.
My chelas chanting Om can change your life especially as you sit at the Feet Of Your Guru.
My favorite Puja that I do for all of you is chanting Om as I hold on to my Baba’s Feet.
All of your names runs through my Soul.
I love you my chelas.
Love Ma
