Om Ganesha,

Afternoon Pujas and Prayers

June 14, 2008

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

After one has had the invisible bars of pride lock them into their ego cell, the ego mind looks to make excuses for ones negative actions.

It is not just the moment of difficulty that brings one into the Karmic Spaces Of Jealousy, Anger and Pride, it is making sense out of them which brings one to a karmic moment of blame.

The opposite of pride is humility.

True humility does not come in waves, once one learns how to live life in gratitude then humility becomes part of their being.

Freedom is won from the Cubby Hole of pride with the power of listening to another and then one begins to listen to their own pure heart.

The ego sends stray thoughts of being betrayed with nothing at all and this brings you into pride.

If you were alone with God or Goddess where would pride come from?

It is trying to make others think like you do that one lives in spaces of pride that brings them only difficulties.

It takes a long time to understand that pride binds you.

When one wears pride for a long time perhaps they will begin to understand that they have free will and that they need not go down with the ship of pride but can ride the waves of humility and still be strong.

There are heart thoughts and there are lower mind thoughts.

To enter the free skies of humility or the space free of pride one listens to another when they speak and see if they are perhaps saying something true about yourself if not in the moment then at other times.

It comes to me my chelas, that so many think that humility leads to weakness.

Forged in the heat of compassion humility can only lead to strength.

When pranaming with humility to all I know I am honoring the beauty inside of them with the beauty inside my self.

This does not make me weak it makes us both strong.

The ego is just an interruption of the great journey toward the oneness.

Humility is an extension of the inner breath which can not be interrupted by thoughts that are negative.

Pride brings the breath in short angry spurts.

When you feel you are falling into the Karmic Space of pride take a second to listen to your breath intently, listen to the quality of our breath as well as the sound of your breath.

You will not get lost in your breath, you will just be interrupting pride from bringing a distance between you and some one else.

Pride does cause a separation not only from humanity, it causes a separation from the Universal Mother.

When sitting in meditation one should close their eyes softly and draw in the breath with enjoyment as if one is breathing in a delicious moment.

Feel the breath in the soft space of the spiritual heart and hold it there for a moment, then ask the Mother to bring you closer, and let the breath flow out gently.

Breathe in again and let the sound of the in going breath bring you calmness and the out going breath bring you a relaxing feeling.

Hold the breath out and ask to go deeper into humility.

Notice that the phases of in the breath and out breath slowly becomes the same.

In other words as you breathe in seven you hold for a pause, and then breathe out seven.

This time ask on the out breath to go deeper.

And listen to the in coming breath.

Keep doing this breath.

It does not matter when you ask with humility to go deeper, it only matters that you do ask.

Doing this over and over you are able to map out a path to your heart of compassion that will teach you to reject pride.

I would love to give you all the opposites of the Karmic Spaces.

Yet there are so many words like SELF LOVE, COMPASSION, AND SUCH that are the opposite of each of the Karmic Space.

Watching and listening and experiencing the breath becomes a Sacred Mantra in it self.

So when you find yourself filled with pride, you will automatically go into the Sacred Mantra Of The Breath.

When sitting one should teach themselves to be awake and aware of their breath.

When you are aware of your breath you are finding the center of your spiritual heart which is in the center of your chest and is said to be the Home of the Sun Gods and Goddesses.

Or the warmth of humility.

So simple and so real.

Reality is in the breath and the breath brings you to the greater reality of the ONENESS.

A natural brightness comes to you my chelas as you relish the incoming and the outgoing breath.

In the Bhagavadgita Krishna says to Arjuna, FIX YOUR MIND ON ME, BE DEVOTED TO ME, ADORE ME AND MAKE OBEISANCE TO ME, THUS UNITING YOURSELF TO ME, ENTIRELY DEPENDING ON ME, YOU SHALL COME TO ME.

Bringing these words to one in an interfaith way, Krishna becomes the breath, your Beloved, your everything thus inviting you to become one with your Beloved who ever your Beloved may be.

When you become aware of the ends of your breath, the gap between the breath or the silence between the breath, one begins to see and to feel the natural space of humility.

Pride keeps one from finding peace in their own prana, life force.

The life force that can be radiant becomes darker when one wears the cloak of pride.

Even when you find your self deep inside the moment of pride where pride keeps you from saying or thinking with humility, you can always feel the breath and gently leave this space.

Every one gains from this action.

And so I share the TEACHING OF THE KARMIC SPACE OF PRIDE on the Darshan Line with all my chelas and those who read these words.

I am placing on the Darshan Line The Tantric Mother Bhagavati By The Ganges.

When you receive Her, feel Her breath in the painting and notice how your own chest rises and falls.

The painting can bring you much peace as you meditate on the Tantric Mother.

Feel the Flowing Ganges inside of your heart.

There is a tremendous amount of love in the Bhagavati by the Ganges Paintings.

Always remember to meditate on your Ganesha first.

I am trying to fill all your orders of the Sacred Paintings.

I am in the middle of painting Ganesha right now.

I love placing the sacred ash of Kashi over the paper and over the many Rams.

I love you all so very much Love Ma

Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai

Always at His Feet Of Our Neem Karoli Baba Ki Jai
