Afternoon Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

We all have a huge amount of courage hidden in our consciousness or sub conscious.

Yet at times we do not know it is there.

It is the ego that keeps us in the dark about the ability to tap into courage.

Not to know of this wisdom which is courage one falls into the same thinking patterns of judging themselves and putting themselves down.

Notice how you put yourself down each day.

Truly be aware of your thoughts.

Be in the mode of awareness not in the mode of mindlessness.

Mindlessness keeps you away from your courage power.

The Mother looks into our hearts and sees the flame of courage and fans it until it is bright.

This is the mystery in us.

The ability to feel the fire of your own truth.

The downward journey inside of yourself is the journey of depression.

This journey makes you angry with your life.

What you have no longer fulfills you.

You begin to think that only the external world will complete your life.

This is how we have been conditioned by our culture.

More and more and more.

Pain and dissatisfaction becomes our companions through life.

When you feel the downward flow of depression do not begin to argue with your mind.

This has you going into the pit of your belly where the pain lands and then carried through your whole body.

As the thought of being depressed comes to you, before it can carry you with it say to yourself wandering, wandering wandering and smile to your self and come back to your breath.

This stops your anger short.

At times the angry thoughts has you feeling that you are alone, separate from the Mother, separate from others.

The dance of the breath explains to us in the deepest part of our being how we all are connected by our breath.

We all breathe.

No matter what condition of our bodies or mind, we are breathing.

Then you will not be persuaded by the ego to fall downward into darkness.

There is so much light in all of us that it never can be exhausted.

Emotional traps sent to you by the lower mind catches you in the trap of anger.

One trap is seeing so many faults in others.

These are usually your own faults that you refuse to look at.

This also brings anger to our hearts.

Remember during your day to come back to the breath and when you wander away say to yourself wandering this will bring you into the mode of awareness.

I will continue to say this all through out these writings.

COME BACK TO YOUR BREATH.

This is the simplicity of being in the moment.

One may not like what they see in the moment yet never the less you are so much stronger and are able to change your reactions to your thoughts and you will find yourself not wandering as much.

This will also enable you to live a fuller life and do the things you do with a deeper awareness.

Out of the moment your thoughts tend to have you think that some one some how wants to take something away from you or that some one has something that you should have and do not have.

This is jealous anger.

Yes you can go in and out of the Karmic Spaces as one space brings false courage to another Space.

They are called Karmic Spaces because you find your self in this place that you can not get out and you just go deeper and deeper into them.

I call them Cubby Holes because they remind me of holes that your keys use to be in when you check into a hotel.

One day as I was with my students going to give a seminar in Miami, we were at the front desk when I noticed the cubby holes for the mail and keys and I said THAT IS IT, ONE WAY IN AND ONE WAY OUT AND THE ONLY WAY OUT IS TO TURN YOURSELF AROUND AND COME OUT THE WAY YOU CAME IN.

This in turn has the light to guide you for there is never a door in front of the cubby holes.

Just to be aware that there is a way out of your pain of anger you bring the actions that will allow you be yourself in the benediction of gratefulness.

You can begin a new life this second.

Every moment is absolutely perfect as it is and through these practices you can become independent of your lower mind thoughts and begin to deal with actions that will help you and not take from the moment with abstract ideas that the ego constantly sends you.

These words are meant to awaken the fire in your heart to live and to heal and not to react with anger.

They help you to be aware of your breath.

The breath has you understanding that you are connected to all past experiences and that you have the grace to finish in this lifetime what you could not do in life times past.

The breath always lives on in your Soul Body and is recaptured in the body that you take each life time.

There is always the breath of choice.
