Om Ganesha,

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Sit quietly and feel your breath come in and out of your Spiritual Heart.

Make sure the breath is deep.

Do not strain or force the breath.

Remember the breath turns to prana when you are aware of it.

Now picture your self siting cross legged at the shore of a great ocean.

Feel as if your body was like a feather floating over the Mother’s Waters.

Keep breathing in and out.

This is a mystical process which with practice you begin to master.

Now see yourself floating into your body.

Begin to breathe deeply in and out beholding the vastness of space in your chest.

Do 21 heart breaths by breathing into the vastness in the center of your chest.

Then just sit with an overpowering sense of space that is in you.

This space is a SPACE OF GRACE AND BRINGS ONE REST FROM INERTIA AND PROCRASTINATION.

When done in the morning hours one feels the energy flowing through them all day.

When done in the evening hours before bed, then sleep becomes their friend and awareness stays with them all night long until the morning hours of dawn.

My chelas always watch the breath.
