Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Here is the breath you are waiting for to do during my retreat.
I will be closely monitoring ALL OF YOU and an you can write me when ever you have a question.
One way or the other I will answer you, perhaps on the Darshan Line.
I will teach the way I taught it to my yoga teachers in Kuti Darshan.
Learning it there, one on one is always a very spiritual experience.
I also will be giving it the teachers who are Here to take the Kali Natha Teacher Training Course.
Remember this breath is coming from your Mother Guru transcribed by our Shody so I will go over it until you understand it.
It is part of the FIRE DANCE OF THE CHAKRAS ASANA and I literally thought my Shakti Durgaya was going to jump out of her body.
Shody and Shakti immediately got in touch with our Yogini Achariya my daughter Swami Jaya Devi to show her the Asana which I will be teaching her personally.
In the fall I and my Teachers who I have taught personally will be giving the 10 day Kali Natha Teacher Training Residential Course.
Where my Teachers who take this course will live on the Ashram at the Feet Of The Mother for 10 days and will be able to come to Darshans.
There is no teaching in the world like these 10 days coming up.
Remember you are being taught by the Living Guru of the Living Yoga of the ancient Nathas.
I am proud to be handing these Teachings down to my chelas and watch them hand it down to the Teachers of Kali Natha Yoga which will go out all over the world.
OK my children Here is the Breath which by the way is the most simplest and most powerful breath I can give you over the days I am away.
Yet I am never away from my chelas hearts and I will be sending wonderful Darshans out to you all.
Chakra Dance Breath: while in Lotus Pose or Easy Pose, bring the hands behind the head, interlace the fingers, thumbs press on either side of the medulla, shoulder blades come together, elbows extend out to the sides of the body. Deep inhale. Hold the breath and lift the upper body and fold forward, head toward the mat. When lowered continue to hold the breath as you repeat to yourself Om 1 counting to Om 7. Continuing to hold the breath, lift the upper body to sitting and silently exhale the breath through the mouth, lips forming a small circle, pulling the navel point back toward the spine./This breath balances the chakras, expanding the bones and making space in the body./
* Now my chelas what does making space in your body mean to you? *
*The Universe has so much to offer any one who wants to understand Cosmic Wisdom. *
*The more empty one is the more one can receive. *
*Now I must point out that there should not be the least amount of straining in this breath. *
*You bring your hands behind your head, interlacing your finger tips, thumbs touching lightly at first each side of the base of your skull. *
*Elbows must be pointed back. *
*This opens the heart and frees the 6 blissful chakras 3 on each side right along the side of your body. *
*Now take the deepest breath you can take. *
*Hold the breath gently and come forward. *
*You may be sitting in the easy pose the half lotus the full lotus or on your heels or on a chair or on a pillow. *
*There is no, NOT ONE, EXCUSE NOT TO DO THIS SACRED BREATH. *
*You come forward as far as you can go comfortable some will be able to touch your head to the floor and some will only go down a few inches. *
*It does not matter. *
*Be very aware that you do not strain. *
*Hold the breath for the count of seven once you are as far as you can go, saying to your self ONE OM, TWO OM THREE OM and so forth. *
*Reach out with your upper body and up and sit up, then form the letter O with your mouth and slowly let the breath come out. *
*Immediately start again BREATHING IN AS DEEPLY AS YOU CAN WITH YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK, FINGERS INTERLACING AND THUMBS PRESSING LIGHTLY INTO YOUR SKULL. *
*COME FORWARD HOLDING THE BREATH, COME AS LOW AS YOU CAN WITH OUT STRAIN AND SAY TO YOUR SELF ONE OM TWO OM AND SO FORTH. *
*Then come up slowly and form an 0 with your mouth and let the breath slowly out. *
*Contract the abs as tight as you can bringing the navel close to your spine when you are breathing out then breathe in again in the same way. *
*CAUTION. *
*This is a very powerful tantric breath and I want you all to be very careful. *
*Say that when you come up you can not catch your breath then this means that you are holding too long. *
*Experiment holding the breath for say ONE OM TWO OM THREE OM and then lift your self up and let the breath out from the mouth. *
*Sit with patience breathing gently in and out as the Teacher holds the breath longer or not and when she or he comes up you put your hands behind your head and wait for the inhalation. *
*This way every one learns at their own level. *
*You will find that you will soon be able to catch up or not. *
*It does not matter *
*Every one is an individual. *
*I have been teaching my old ones, like my Yoga Achariya Laxman Das Jaya for way over thirty years and know with out watching or asking that he has so much patience when he teaches the Mother’s Yoga. *
*You too step out of the SPACE OF PRIDE AND BE HUMBLE AND PATIENT AS YOU TEACH OR FOR THAT MATTER AS YOU LIVE. *
*The other thing is that I want you to all and I say all start with only three complete breathes *
*Do this for a few days then you can build it up to four. *
*Only you know if you are straining or hurting. *
*It is very powerful and quite ancient and is part of our FIRE DANCE OF THE CHAKRAS ASANAS. *
*After perfecting four complete breaths for a week take it to five. *
*You also have to be able to comfortably hold the breath for the count of seven. *
*And when you come up, let the breath out of your mouth comfortable contracting you belly and getting rid of all stale and negative karma which lives in the center of your belly. *
*You advance wisely every week or so. *
*NEVER NO NEVER GO BEYOND SEVEN BREATHS. *
*When I get Home you all will be wide open with much more space in your body and your life to receive more and more Teachings, Teachings that I have been taught by my Guru Baba and my Swami Nityananda. *
*Space to get every thing done as you walk this Journey with your Guru Mother. *
*It brings you to the place of acknowledging things with an open heart. *
*It brings you to the place of awareness. *
*You can also include your thoughts in this particular breath. *
*Just work with them do not get attached to them just let them go especially when you let the breath out. *
*THIS MY CHELAS IS YOUR ASSIGNMENT *
*You will also find that after a while you will be able to rest your mind as the Shakti runs through your body. *
*You may ask the Mother Questions about this ancient Breath. *
*I love you all so very much. *
*I am very excited about this breath and the way you have all received the Teachings. *
