Namaste my chelas all over the world.
The way my Ashrams are serving this season and all year long is such a big part of our Baba’s Teachings.
To understand how much the Gods and Goddesses love when you serve close your eyes and focus your mind at the heart center and mentally visualize a temple to your Beloved growing in your Higher consciousness.
Your whole heart center is a luminous altar and your Beloved is seated in the center of your center.
Recite your Mantra or a mantra to Laxmi OM SHRIM MAHA LAXMIYEI SWAHA with utmost devotion and surrender to the Divine Being inside your center.
Feel how you are being dissolved in total love in the gracious form of your Beloved.
Identify yourself with the Deity and move toward the great light of identification with the entire cosmos.
For instance if your Beloved is Lord Krishna see your self engulfed in His Blue complexion or the matted locks of Lord Shiva or the Light of Christ.
All of this imaging represent the inner mystic and brings you to the heights of your spirit.
Breathe in deeply and let the breath soothe you.
Know that your Beloved loves when you serve and that She or He will bring you the strength to always serve humanity.
You will find that you have transcended the ego center as you are being identified with the true Self.
One lifts the veil of time and space as they do this simple meditation.
The ego becomes subdued and your higher intellect is illumined.
Say over and over SOHAM ( I am that) and feel yourself melting into your Beloved more and more.
See your self reflected in the Form of the Deity.
This reflection is a beautiful burning light that embraces you and keeps you safe.
Perceive the form of your Beloved as a mirror reflecting the transcendental Universe.
This is a positive meditation and rests the body as well as the mind.
Allow your mind to enjoy the sweetness of seeing and feeling your Beloved.
You are storing the Mother’s Shakti when you concentrate in your heart center.
The repetition of Mantra is unfailing in its results.
One puts on the armor of pranic Mantric vibrations when they do this simple meditation.
I look at the pictures of my chelas serving and I am so proud how they take care of people from their heart and therefore their Souls roar with joy.
