Om Ganesha,

Morning Pujas and Prayers

December 3, 2008

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

This morning I taught the Kali Natha Tantric Yoga Teachers.

They were so thirsty that they drank every movement and every word.

They took it all into their hearts.

I loved teaching them.

There is nothing like the living Guru teaching the chela about sacred movements in such an ancient yoga.

The experience of joy that we all felt will linger and be remembered as my children go out and teach.

They have carved a path that others can follow and experience the joy with in.

One has to choose to believe that they have happiness inside of them even when they do not feel it in the moment,

They learn that it is always there.

One needs to ask WHAT PART OF MY ATTITUDE DO I NEED TO CHANGE IN ORDER TO FEEL MY INNER BLISS?

Kali Natha Yoga invites happiness in yet it teaches that like a butterfly wings you can not hold on to it, you must let it fly and it will come back to you.

Living kindness is a big part of this yoga.

One learns to be grateful to ourselves and others for every little moment of joy and even for difficulties which teaches one to be stronger and helps build strength around the heart.

This is called TAPPING INTO THE SOURCE OF KALI NATHA YOGA and this is what your Guru Mother taught this morning.

Try paying no attention to the stories you tell your self or the thoughts you listen to.

Most of them are coming from the ego and not the real bliss of the heart of the yogi.

Notice your feelings and your thoughts, the anxieties or pains that are currently agitating your peace of mind and try to let go of what ever resistance that is in the moment

Visualize your self smiling at your thoughts.

Remember a time when you felt really joyful then take your self into that moment and bring the moment into the now.

Bring the feeling of love to the space in the center of your chest which houses your spiritual heart.

Feel a warm glow come into you.

Stay in this space for a few minutes keeping an eye on the breath and saying to yourself when thoughts come along, IT IS JUST A THOUGHT.

This is the way you come back to the Source.

Separating the self from the ego in order to give thanks for the self.

Surrender to the heart with in.

It is union that you want with the Mother and being still or even trying to be still this union can be real.

You can come to know yourself in your heart.

The Asana I taught this morning is CARRYING GANESHA ON THE WIND.

The feeling of carrying Ganesha stays with you all day and the heart becomes filled with love as well as the mind and the body.

I love you my chelas with all my heart.

Love Ma
