Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Every one’s personality is made up of impressions and habits coming from past lives leading to this life.
Habits are formed by our repeated actions.
When these habits become part of our daily lives they are deposited in the karmic field in the form of subtle impressions called samskaras or roots of karmas.
Keep doing the same thing over and over and getting the same results of negativity one becomes use to the samskaras.
This is turn can trigger any of the Karmic Spaces.
They become powerful habits and go deeper and deeper over a long period of time.
There fore the Guru Mother makes one aware of the different Karmic Spaces that they can enter into by not being aware.
This is the Cubby Hole Of Lack Of Awareness.
When aware, these powerful habits or samskaras are made weaker and over a long period of time the process of undoing them will come about.
When you find your mind straying from the moment into a negative spiral say to yourself I WILL NOT ENTER INTO THIS SPACE.
This well take time and yet it will initiate a long lasting transformation from with in.
You need to try to catch your self going off on negative consciousness and smile to yourself saying THERE I FOUND YOU and bring your mind back to the moment.
Negative habit patterns can turn into illuminating positive constructive patterns that will lead you to the moment and not out of it.
Watching your breath coming in and out regularly is also a way to practice awareness.
Take time each day to watch and feel your breath,
Try not to let it lapse.
Irregularity can and does breed procrastination.
Procrastination is hard to over come.
One of the reasons KALI NATHA TANTRIC YOGA IS SPREADING ALL OVER THE WORLD IS BECAUSE IT TEACHES YOU TO BE WITH YOUR BODY’S MOVEMENTS AND STILLNESS AS PART OF LIFE.
This triggers awareness in life and there fore in death as well.
Recognizing the 11 Karmic Spaces bring the meaning of living joyful back to your life.
It brings vibrant vibrations and you begin to see things as they are.
The Karmic Spaces is a teaching that will last you forever.
More and more people are becoming awake due to understanding the 11 Karmic Spaces.
At times we lose contact with what is essential in life.
Contact with your awareness has you come to your own center and avoiding any of the Karmic Spaces.
You can look upon learning about the Karmic Spaces as a spiritual exercise in awareness of the heart.
Can you imagine being aware how much pain you can stop coming into you when you can become aware of the Karmic Space Of Attachment.
It can stop a whole world of pain.
Certainly you must know that that this can not happen over night yet it can start to take hold almost instantly as you watch your breath come in and out.
You stop the egotistical element in your life by being aware that you are about to enter a space that is not positive.
This practice calls on a commitment to bringing joy into your life and the life of others.
Just start learning about the 11 Karmic Spaces and begin to live in Awareness of all that is around you.
