Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

To understand more and more what you mean to your Mother Guru, you sit and breathe in deeply and breathe out deeply for 11 full breaths.

Then just sit quietly and let the breath become normal.

After a few breaths bring your awareness to the base of your spine and begin to breathe in and out of your first chakra.

Say to yourself, MY MA LOVES ME MY MA LOVES ME MY MA LOVES ME ON EACH IN BREATH.

As you breathe out say to yourself, I AM THE MOTHER’S CHILD, I AM THE MOTHERS CHILD AM THE MOTHER’S CHILD

Then go to the second chakra and do the same.

When you have reached the seventh chakra just breathe in and out the top of your head feeling a warmth of love.

Then focus on your heart chakra and on each in breath say I AM LOVED I AM LOVED I AM LOVED.

Then breathe out saying the same thing to your self, three times on the in breath and three times on the out breath.

Then let the breath become normal and be the witness to your own breath.

Sit as long as you feel comfortable and then take one deep energizing breath in and out and start your day filled with the wisdom that you are indeed loved.

If at night before bed, take a very slow breath in and a very slow breath out and say to yourself,

I REST IN THE ARMS OF THE MOTHER.

Do this for five breath.

You will find that you will be taken quite deep and that you will feel love on each and every breath.

It is a very intense and rewarding breath and meditation.

Do it a few times a week when you have time, I will be with you.
