Om Ganesha,

Afternoon Pujas and Prayers

December 11, 2008

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

As one walks the grounds of Kashi they find that so many religions are represented.

Coming upon our Hanuman Temple one may only see a murtie of marble in the form of a monkey.

Not understanding that to the Hindus this is Lord Shiva who has taken the Form of a monkey to show the world humility one may judge that which is simply used as a tool.

The same as the cross represents Christ or a statue of Mother Mary represents the Virgin.

They are the forms through which one receives blessings for whom they believe in.

The Deity can be invoked and felt in the sacred fires of the Dhunis which always burn on our Sacred Grounds.

The Image of Christ in our Christ Garden one can feel the heart of the God that they love so much.

Through Kali Natha Yoga one can also invoke their Beloved to them.

Thus the body it self becomes the temple in which our Beloved comes into.

The Mother is every where in all things, trees flowers houses sky mountains every thing you can think of.

In Kashi one can feel the breath of the Mother in the very air we breathe.

Kashi enhances the seekers devotion.

When one can transcend all form then they are on the way into the Formless

This is the space with out space and beyond time.

One will find that our ceremonies are filled with symbols and joy.

Singing and drumming are all part of our daily lives.

The holy Kaaba in Mecca represents the symbol of Allah

The Sikh Adi Granth enshrined in our and all Sikh temples represent the Guru.

The Arc and the Torah of the Jews represent the word of God.

The human heart needs to be relieved of pain and suffering and the images help the heart heal.

Offerings to these Murties like flowers water milk and food are then passed on to the chela and is called prasad.

I write these words as I look across my Ganga at the image of our Baba Neem Karoli and am filled with such love that so many of my chelas have learnt to find them selves before these Murties and their children and grandchildren and great grandchildren.

All of Kashi is a mystical diagram, a map of Interfaith Joy.

And we are growing by leaps and bounds.

I adore Form for the different Forms of the Beloved can take one straight into the emptiness.

And then there is Darshan where one can see the Form of their Guru Mother.

And the Guru Mother can see the Form of Her chelas.

This is pure joy.

When those come Here from all over the world, many come not as chela but as spiritual seekers.

One perhaps has their Beloved in the sky or sunset or sunrise.

It is all the Form of the Mother.

The sacred flows into any one who wishes to feel the Mother.

And then there is the 11 Karmic Spaces where one can learn to become aware of all the trappings of the mind and watch with awareness the seduction of the heart.

As one is about to enter into the Karmic Space of Jealousy they are being made aware by the power of knowledge.

Knowledge and faith is the wisdom of one’s own intuition brings one to the brink of any of the Karmic Spaces.

The Karmic Spaces are made aware by the Guru or teacher.

When you are armed with knowledge that Jealousy the first Karmic Space can lead you into the knowledge of the other 10 spaces.

By understanding The Karmic Space Of Pride one can begin to understand procrastination.

It is all inter connected.

And it is all about knowledge.

And so you see we are not worshiping marble or wood or any image of what is before us in the different temples, we are only understanding our own intuition and this is so important.

It is this intuition in all of us that brought us all together and created this paradise on earth called Kashi.

Sacredness is a woman and Her Name is Kashi.

Always remember to look toward your painting of Ganesha first when you are meditating and he will bring you the wisdom of the Mother with in.

I love you all so very much.

Love Ma

Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai

Always at His Feet Of Our Neem Karoli Baba
