Om Ganesha,
Afternoon Pujas and Prayers
December 12, 2008
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Meditation is like taking a journey away from the ego.
It is a journey into reality.
It also shows the one meditating how to be themselves by taking one into the stillness of the open heart.
The more one sits before the Guru the more their life expands.
Answers begin to come slowly at first then they just flow from the Guru to the chela.
My chela asked me to explain what to do when someone in the family refuses to stop procrastinating and has given up on doing any thing in life.
First of all one can do anything when there is deep attachment.
One meditates in the Chidakasha, the heart space over the head.
And then stay there.
Breathe into your heart and out of the Chidakash and keep the breath over the head.
Then deal with your problems from this space of detachment.
Detachment does not mean not caring in fact it is quite the opposite, it means caring more than anything and caring enough not to react.
You come back to your earthly heart when you are alone and you breathe in and out deeply.
One must love and continue to love with all their heart.
There is such deep pain when a child teenager or adult gives up on life.
I have always made my children serve and see the other side of the coin.
That they are needed truly needed.
This enables them to understand the joy of service.
My kids are all over the world and country now all serve.
My wish is for all of you to know that your Guru Mother never stops doing Pujas and Prayers for any of you and yours.
I can not answer how long it would take to see a change in someone else, yet by going over the head the situation is not about you it is about the person you seek to help.
At times I am astonished at the wisdom one can find when they can see clearly as they practice going into the Chidakasha.
Meditation brings full awareness and one brings a life long commitment to meditation.
Meditation is the full openness to the moment, the now.
Always remember that meditation is not about making something happen, meditation is about being there in the moment and being aware.
I am teaching you all to be aware of the breath and this in turn teaches one how to be in their life no matter what their life is about.
I love you my chelas.
Always know this.
Dwell in my love as I hold you all tight.
Love Ma
