Afternoon Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Yesterday teaching Kali Natha Tantric Yoga in Kuti Darshan , I watched my chelas loving the Asana, CARING GANESHA ON THE WIND.

Each movement we make causes a breeze around us, like a butterflies wings or many birds flying together.

It depends on how you move and how deep you go inside as the asana moves you.

Yet you do not have to be doing a Kali Natha Asana to feel the caress and protection of Ganesha.

The mere movement of your breath can remind you that you are always a carrier of Ganesha.

Universal Energy is always there in your energy centers

Meditation allows you to cultivate a deep connection to the Universal Force.

You are the carrier of Ganesha.

Knowing this you can observe your inner and outer nature.

You can also feel when you are slipping and spiraling downward into the winds of depression.

When thoughts take you out of the moment.

When you are not in your heart.

Caring Ganesha on the wind can show your subconscious mind that you are the temple of your Beloved.

Feel Ganesha in you this moment.

Sit quietly and release any tension in your abdominal area with the out breath.

On the in breath say the words OM NAMAH GANESHA, OM NAMAH GANESHA, OM NAMAH GANESHA to your self.

Do this breathing for 11 breaths, on the out breath you release tension in your belly and the in breath your bringing in the reminder of Lord Ganesha always being with you.

Then sit still and just feel Ganesha on the in and out breath.

This will bring you a great stillness and joy.
