Namaste my chelas all over the world.
The heart chakra holds the secret wind of the beat of humanities heart and is the beginning path to a higher consciousness.
With out heart consciousness we are only aware of our bodies.
The heart chakra stimulates the sense of love that is in us and keeps changing.
The two souls of every human being’s life is the individual soul and the Universal Soul.
One born of the other.
They who are born with out the knowledge of both souls continues to seek one or the other and does not know which one is missing.
The Great Mother unites the soul with the body at birth.
The Great Mother is the Mother of all powers is the shakti of me and the shakti of you and is the shakti of all Gods and Goddesses.
She is the Supreme Deity of deities.
She is the bestower of the three sources of time, yesterday today and tomorrow.
She is the INDWELLER who lives in our hearts.
She is the destroyer of all that is negative.
She is the non dual goddess who by the power of Her maya can rid Her chelas of delusion, the delusion that the ego mind sends one all time long.
They who know the Mother who is without beginning or end knows the fullness of their own heart chakra and the pure heart of the Universe.
She is the knower of all and being She lives with in your Being, She makes you the knower who has not awoken yet but will in time.
Saying the name of your Beloved purifies the heart of the devotee.
By being quiet for a little while each day you open the life force at the base of our spine and Kundalini rises.
It is She the Mother who watches over you as Kundalini opens the spine and takes you on the journey into the Formless always watching your Earthly body as you enter into your Soul Body.
When you forget the quiet, She will remind you through your Guru to pay attention to pranas life force.
To pay attention to the breath.
The breath is the connection to all of our lives and all of our deaths and is the Mother’s Tool to bring you into the Now.
The Mother of prana teaches you to fill with the breath of life and greet death with great respect thus learning through death to respect all of life.
When you are ready to give up duality your heart unconditionally opens.
This moment visualize that you are breathing in earths own breath, hold earths own breath for the count of seven then breathe out for the count of seven, when you breath in again you will be breathing in pure prana.
In taking in prana you are purifying your own beautiful breath filled with humility and compassion begin to discover your own vastness and your unconditional potential of loving others as well as your self.
The children of this teaching grow as my Sita Jaya writes with no illusion.

the world
holds
no
secret
surprises
locked
in
hearts
of wisdom
they
have
seen
more
than
most
and
fed
on a
Mother’s
milk
divine
bursting
in
themselves
is
their
knowing.
hold
another’s
hand
look
to
the
weakest
this world
their
playground
of
truth
dream
create
find
your giving.
