Om Ganesha,

Afternoon Pujas and Prayers

January 29, 2009

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Yesterday in Teaching Dead Dawn Darshan and then Kali Natha Tantric Kuti Darshan, the whole world seemed to be on fire with the love we all were feeling.

This weekend is the Graduate Intensive for those who have taken this Sacred Yoga and I am thrilled to be teaching, especially for SELF AWARENESS IN THE YOGA POSTURES. As you make ready to come from all over the country, know that I am waiting and bursting with The Teaching the way our Baba and my other Teachers taught me.

Yet the graduates and I will be discussing Kali Natha Yoga like never before.

Next weekend begins our Kali Natha Teacher Training Intensive which consists of the Mother Guru teaching each of the weekends and bringing all of you a greater understanding about your bodies minds hearts and souls.

This will happen one weekend a month with your Ma teaching for I believe seven months.

If you have not signed up for this intimate Teaching and being with your Mother Guru in our Temple then please do so.

I do believe that there is nothing like it when I teach you on this level of Kali Natha Tantric Yoga.

Some of the graduates are all ready arriving and I will see them in a short while in Darshan.

Saturday is also Yoga Day all over the Country so we will have a full house.

My God how can I still get so excited after so many years of teaching my chelas?

You are all drinking the Teaching like never before and so I am pouring as never before.

To be able to explain how to get  benefits from the Ear Closing Pose whether  or not you can get in the position will bring to you a greater  understanding how modification can be used no matter where you think you are in this Yoga.

You all can learn simply by watching the breath and how it affects your body to have tension leave you and not make its way back.

OK GRADUATES ARE YOU READY FOR YOUR MA?

Then let the dance begin.

This moment and you must be realizing that I take you into my moment through the Darshan Line a lot these days, this moment feel the Mother’s Shakti relieve the stress that tries to over take the nerve channels in the spine simply by you observing your breath.

Notice how your shoulders relax and how you are letting go, just letting go even a little bit can stop the process of aging.

Concentrate not on the stress itself but on the shakti that is gathering in your body.

Just keep breathing in and out reminding yourself as you continue to read to keep breathing with awareness and yes it all can be done at the same time.

It is time my chelas, that we proceed to a deeper simpler level in your meditations, freeing your self from tension and the stress of life.

It is all so exciting and the world needs us all to be paying attention.

Allow the Shakti to flow by relaxing your shoulders as you read these words of prasad that the Mother sends you each day.

Insecurity creates a chronic tightness in the throat as you  try to breathe in and out.

We can over come any and all difficulties.

What are your visions for yourself and for others.

I am teaching you to recognize Maya’s illusions.

I look over our Sacred Ganga and the air is so sweet and the view so sweet for our eyes.

This is our Kashi.

This is the Mother’s heart.

The dead and the living merge in the center of Kashi to bless us all.

Be open my chelas and receive the bliss of the blessings.

Once again my Sita Jaya eases my heart  with her poetry.

And though she writes that she is always listening, (she meaning chela,) it is I my Sita, who is always listening to the chelas voice and heart.

Life is an Instrument

My Mother

told us

that

life

is

an

instrument

to be

played

She

then

went

on to

sing

the

sweetest

song of

love.

With

each

note

she

sang

every

soul

that

heard

Her voice

melted

in a

rhythm

of

love.

She poured

Her

tune

into our

bones

till

we

were

soaked

from

Her

lyrics

of

devotion

Mother

the

melody

is

ours

alone

hearing

you

inside

and

out

I am

a

wonder

of

surrender

Sing on

Mother

I am

always

listening.

I Love and Thank You My Mother.

Love,

Your Sita Jaya
