Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Phobias are like roots and some are so deeply embedded that they are actually like Samskaras.

They can have real and debilitating effect on our lives and the lives of all who we come in contact with.

Most of the time one forgets what they are afraid of and goes right to a space that represents repressed anxiety.

At times they can be quite difficult to identify.

There was a spiritual exercise that I did when I was younger, my Babaji wanted to bring the phobias of His chelas out into the open and he asked those who gathered around Him to speak out loud with out thought what it is that they are afraid of.

The door to the unconscious flew open and words just came out and was caught in the net of the moment.

Being gentle to yourself say out loud when you are alone what you can find in the unconscious space of inquiry.

You will find that it almost doesn’t seem real as they are spoken out loud.

Deep rooted phobias can not become bigger if you bring them into the light of conscious thinking.

One can overcome deep rooted thoughts that have plagued you life time after life time.

What amazes me is how one wishes to protect their fears and hangs on to them tightly.

Write in your journal now what it is you fear, do not think just write and write.

Do not judge yourself just write.

You will find that after a session with yourself how deep rooted fears can be uprooted as you gently probe.

Bringing them into the light of your mind takes from them the strength of the darkness.

They hide and try to become treasures for you and your ego.

Now I would like you to say over and over, MY MA LOVES ME NO MATTER WHAT, MY MA LOVES ME NO MATTER WHAT.

Watch how much stronger you become as you begin to believe this.

Your mind begins to be prepared for the love the Guru has for you.

This is how fear is confronted with the weapons of love and grace of the Guru.

Believe me thoughts about phobias are so much stronger than the actual phobias are themselves.

Take five deep breathes and begin to feel relaxed.

Breathing in and out you begin to relax into a meditative state

Now ask your self, truly ask yourself WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF MY FEAR?

Then fix your focus on a light so bright with in your heart that the brightness warms your whole being.

Nothing can exist in our lives with out us giving it energy, then this energy begins to stagnate and if we notice it we can begin to get rid of it with the out breath.

I always wanted a more complicated answer and yet I found that the simpler the solution is, the easier it is to be conquered

What a great game the ego plays with us all.

And yet my chelas you are all so strong when you do not fear others judging you.

Take your time reading this Darshan Line today.

Take your time trying to absorb it.

Take your time in finding your own courage to consume your fears.
