Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.
In learning how to meditate one must understand that meditation has no boundaries.
The rhythm of life becomes natural and begins to promote calm and happiness on every level.
When one becomes efficient in meditation perhaps one brings boundaries and the Guru reminds you once again that it is the natural rhythm of life and death that meditation brings you no boundaries
When we begin to let go one can realize that it was all there, all the wisdom and all the knowledge in the Universe is in our hearts
So why do we keep our heart closed if there are so many treasures to be found with an open heart?
One emotion only, the emotion of fear.
Fear that we will be too open and therefore be able to feel both love and pain alike.
Sit quietly or as quiet as you can be and tell the Universe that you are ready to open your heart.
As you sit know that I am watching and protecting and loving you and that love can never hurt you.
Once you begin to know that the openness brings life and takes the fear of death, meditation is every where in every part of your life.
It is the smile on a child’s face or the ability to make some one laugh.
Being open also brings you compassion for others as well as your self.
Reaching for results in meditation takes you out of the moment.
Just sit and count your breath coming in and going out and let the Mother bring you the gift of awareness of all the love with in you.
As meditation develops more and more your awareness increases.
The ego mind begins to clear and you start to come out of the fog.
Then strength and true confidence in ourselves and our life brings feelings that are positive and filled with love.
I love you my chelas with all my heart.
Each day I love you more and more.
