Om Ganesha,

Evening Pujas and Prayers

Feb. 5, 2009

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

After establishing a regular rhythm of your breath by watching your breath with deep awareness, let yourself fall into the breath by introducing the seven chakras one by one to the beauty of the breath.

Take it slow and bring the breath to the base of the spine breathing in and out five times, five times in and five times out.

Contemplating each chakra keeps you aware of the actions of the breath.

Breathe deeply into the second chakra and experience awareness of the chakra of creativity.

Bring your awareness into the pit of your belly, feel the belly rise and fall.

The inbreath fills the belly and the out breath contracts the belly.

This is the solor plexus filled with power and shakti.

The Mother’s Fire rises on this fire and enters into the fourth chakra, the center of the chest.

Here is the life force of the heart of love.

It is strong and brings comfort when the heart is opened.

Slowly the fifth chakra calls the Mother’s flame into the center of the throat causing a balanced body to attention of the fire’s breath.

The throat chakra has four sides to it plus the center,

Bringing awareness to this powerful chakra keeps the path to the heart chakra wide open.

You have access to this chakra anytime you need to open your heart .

It is said that the Mother’s blood runs through the throat chakra and can take you to the four corners of the Earth.

The Guru chakra beckons you, the center of your forehead and the flames of a power love races toward the third eye.

From the third eye the Mother’s Force is in the form of a thunder bolt that blasts its way out of the top of the head entering the Soul Body.

Between the top of the head and the Soul body is a great force that waits for the flames of the Mother to go upward or to turn itself a round and come blasting down into the seven chakras, bringing a heat and heart of life that will assist you on this journey called life and death.

The meridians in the body circulate the life forces in the body as the chakras spin, maintaining a balance of shakti of Divine Energy

From this spiritual exercise your whole existence is put in play and you begin to understand how important each and every one of us is to the Mother and there fore important to all the different worlds.

When it is time to finish sitting then extend your awareness to the outside of you bodies and feel life as never before.

This is called an awakened life.

A life with a complete spirit of love inside and out.

I love you all so very much.

To live on such a place like our Sacred Kashi is to learn and to share your wisdom constantly and peacefully.

Love Ma
