Namaste my chelas all over the world.
When you are tired or depressed or just feel rundown as so many are feeling these days, think of the Mother’s Shakti circulating in your veins caring sacred prana to you and all that is in you for your physical well being.
Sense the heat of this Shakti in your skin and feel the warmth that never leaves you.
Focus on your third eye and feel the shakti coming in and out for 11 breaths and now you are ready to start your day or any time during the day.
If thoughts come at you like daggers then say to yourself with an inward smile NOT NOW, NOT NOW.
Be gentle with you and feel the gentleness touch your heart with the hand of your Mother.
The ego develops an inner critical voice that hits you in the form of rootless thoughts.
This brings mixed feelings toward one’s self.
In fact it is the ego’s thoughts that is trying to sabotage your life’s next few seconds and then the next few hours and then the next few days and then tries to get into your next life if you let it.
So say to yourself YOU ARE JUST A THOUGHT, YOU HAVE NO ROOTS AND YOU CAN NOT HURT ME.
The nature of these thoughts is the path you take when you try to put off what you have to do in your life.
In other words procrastination can bring negative thoughts where only positive ones should be.
Yet I know my chelas, that once this is pointed out to you, you will become aware and simply try to not procrastinate even just for one chore you have to do.
You take more time making excuses for not doing what you have to do than to actually do them in the first place.
After you read your Morning Darshan, start on doing something small that you were putting off.
Even if it was just to make a phone call or cleaning out a drawer.
A small drawer cleaned out can bring you happiness and cover negative thoughts with positive actions.
I will help you.
Destructive thoughts want to make predictions about things going wrong in the future thus taking you out of the moment.
Another thing you can do which my Swami Nityananda taught me is to say to your thoughts, yes actually speak to your thoughts and say with a smile, I love you thoughts and watch the clouds of thoughts simply leave, just like that they leave, try it.
My chelas you are so self sufficient if only you would give your self time to adjust to being good to you.
During times of stress is when we all reach for that which we know is not good for us.
Watch your own actions and see how you do things with out thinking because the ego is thinking for you.
Self hatred comes in a sneaky way.
It just appears and then you do not know how to get rid of it.
So let us do it together BY SAYING MY MA LOVES ME NO MATTER WHAT. MY MA LOVES ME NO MATTER WHAT, and watch how much lighter you become.
The ego wants us to make the inner voice part of our conscience or guide.
Writing these words to you refutes this idea and the ego does not have a chance against the words of your Mother Guru.
Remember I am watching and loving you every moment of your life.
I am watching simply because I want to because I love you;
This day do not procrastinate or try not to.
Feel your own strength
You are quite powerful and kind.
Now be kind to you as well as to others.
And the egos voice will quiet on its own
I love you so very much.
