Namaste my chelas all over the world.
In life there are two currents that live together in the same body.
There are two different breaths.
One is toward expansion and the other is constriction.
Where there is constriction, reality leaves and one forgets to grow.
Growth is restricted and it is easy for the ego to send us thoughts of sadness and depression.
Appreciation for all of life brings one joy and a positive attitude.
We can all be safe in a circle of awareness.
My chelas rejoice in all that you have especially your freedom.
In learning how to relax the body you must realize and become conscious of any tension that you live with.
I teach you to first split the tension.
Take a deep breath, sit quietly and deliberately tense the whole body.
When your whole being is fully conscious of this tension, release it and the breath completely, and just become like a rag doll.
Then sit up straight, and if you are not relaxed then breathe in deeply and tense the whole body once again hold the tension and then release it.
Doing this, the tension will split and finally fall apart and disappear.
Practicing tensing and letting go will allow your blood to circulate and prana to flow freely.
I love you my chelas and will help you to split the tension and find the true self.
