Om Ganesha,
Morning Pujas and Prayers
From our Sacred Kashi Ashram
March 7, 2009
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
This day make it a point to watch your breath.
If you find that it is hard to be aware of your breath and still work or live your life, then make sure you read this darshan line a few times.
You see you get the Darshan Line unedited and straight from the Guru’s Office Temple over looking the Ganga.
It is living in the moment with your Guru Mother.
Once you can conquer the breath even slightly you begin to be comfortable with in your self.
Saying a few times a day– BREATHING IN I KNOW I AM BREATHING IN, BREATHING OUT I KNOW I AM BREATHING OUT YOU WILL BECOME AWARE AND AWARENESS HAS YOU LIVING IN THE MOMENT.
Start this moment by saying BREATHING IN I AM READING THE DARSHAN LINE, BREATHING OUT I AM READING THE DARSHAN LINE.
Making a point of watching and being aware of what you do has you living a more fuller life.
This Darshan is having you learn how to train your body and brain to watch your breath.
This breath of life that connects all to each other and to life and yes even to death is all about love.
The breath has to have it’s due, has to be explored and understood.
One of the things that will have you going deeper and deeper is the understanding of the breath.
My Baba taught me that the human mind is always in fear of running out of the breath and so He who is my everything told me to breath out and not in when I thought I was running out of breath and so I hand that teaching down to you.
Breathe out and feel how much you have in reserve.
Breathe out when you feel you are empty and can not find your way.
When you breath out consciously and deliberately push in your belly and squeeze out all the stale breath, some breath may have been in the bottom part of your solar plexus for ever so long.
When the fresh prana comes in to your belly, muscles you may or not have used properly expands the bottom of the lungs and draws in what is called INDIVIDUAL MOTHER PRANA.
Just like there is space that is allotted to all of us so is there prana.
And it begins to come easier and easier.
As you inhale relax your shoulders and feel the top part of your chest expand and rise.
My chelas there is so much to help us remember the essence of the breath.
Lord Vayus favorite breath is the Ujaya breath known as the hissing breath because of the sound of hissing in back of your throat.
The Gods and Goddesses all dance in each of the chakra’s.
The hissing sound in back of the throat shows us that we can be in control of what sounds can help us to live fully
You can do this breath quietly and only you can hear the sound of the wind hissing causing you to be in the moment of the dance of the throat.
The Ujaya breath can relax your whole being and yet keep your mind alert.
You can receive a great amount of Shakti by being in the moment
Place your hand over your mouth keeping your mouth open at first and breathe out through your mouth while your mouth is open.
Next time keep your mouth closed and breathe out through the nostrils and feel the hissing wind remind you that you can control or learn to control your breath.
Feel the cool prana on the back of your throat allowing you to hear the rustling of leaves of trees or the wind skimming the top of the water of a still lake.
The Ujaya breath also keeps the mind neutral and the ego thoughts at bay.
It is the breath of victory, victory over the ego.
Or at least beginning to understand that the ego has no power.
And so my chelas I teach you of the most precious tool for life and death, YOUR BREATH AND AWARENESS OF THE BREATH.
Breathe in deeply my chelas, and breathe out just as deeply.
Let us get rid of all the staleness in the pit of your belly and begin to live in the moment with your Ma.
I love you all so very much.
Love Ma
Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai.
Always at the Feet Of Our Neem Karoli Baba Ki Jai
The breath of love is the breath that whispers gratitude all day long for every thing in your life.
This is the true breath of the Mother.
