Om Ganesha,
Afternoon Pujas and Prayers
March 13, 2009
There are so many gifts given to us from that which we can not see that being grateful as much as you can is always appropriate.
There is what the rishis called the in between world where our guardian angels watch every breath we take and every move we make.
Sitting quietly with the mind focused in the third eye, one may feel the watching eyes of those who are Here to protect and love us.
It is from this place that I sometimes go so I can protect my chelas and keep them safe.
At times it is a wise thing to think of all the gifts we have received and not realized at the time we have received as the gift is shaped to fit our spiritual hunger in the moment and it is hard to think of it as a gift.
This is why it is important to be filled with gratitude at all times.
In the light of the gift we can discover something new if we are silent enough.
And so we need to understand our own Soul and all the gifts it receives, the greatest which is our bodies and how it becomes a temple for our Souls
If you think like this then it is easier to climb out of the Karmic Space Of Wanting To Be Right all the time.
You see if you do not want to be right all the time or if you do not care if another thinks you are right or wrong then you are removing the ego out of your relationships with others.
You go into a place of unconditional love where you just love and you do not really care if who you love wants to think they are right and you are wrong.
If you are truly right then you will know in your heart and this is all you need.
There is no reason to make another feel bad about them self.
Your unconditional love is a new freedom for your heart to enjoy.
Try to stifle yourself when you want desperately to prove someone wrong, especially when their is no reason and can only inflict pain.
You can replace anger with love.
Loving someone for who they are instead of trying to prove you are always right.
Loving someone for who they are, allows space for love to grow. Seek to enjoy people not to control people or own them.
You do not have the right to tell people how to live nor do they have the right to tell you the same.
The greatest understanding you can give to another person is to give and not demand.
We live in a time where so much has been lost and yet there is still so much we can have.
One of our greatest gifts is the gift of Mother Earth.
Being grateful for the Mother is to be in the Presence of greatness.
She is greatness.
She is our Mother.
She is in us all and we are all in Her.
I will go out in a little while and share my love for Mother Earth and for my Guru with our ladies of the satsang and guests.
I will share a teaching from the Kabala that it is said that every blade of grass has a guardian angel seeing after it.
What a wonderful concept.
I love you my chelas with all my heart.
Love Ma
