Om Ganesha,
Afternoon Pujas and Prayers.
March 20, 2009
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
The fourth chakra in the center of the chest brings balance to the chakras above and below it.
Love is the primary gift of the fourth chakra.
The Mother is love, powerful love, living love and functioning love.
The Vedic God of winds Vayu keeps the prana moving in and about the fourth chakra.
When meditating on the fourth chakra one sits quietly and can feel the gentle breeze of love going around and around, going around and around the wheel in the heart chakra.
One then can feel the ujaya breath in the back of throat unsticking any stale breath that rises from the third chakra.
If you feel tired during your day, or you are not moving the way you are use to then breathe in and out of your throat chakra and release any tension that exists there by relaxing the whole body as you watch the breath.
The fifth chakra is often slightly closed, not allowing you entrance into the heart chakra from above.
This breath will help with this.
When we chant or do kirtan we are activating the fifth chakra.
Every chakra has something to do with the actions of our body mind and soul.
The Soul activates the center of your being, your heart chakra.
With out love this chakra can not be associated with the deep inner level of our spirit.
One will understand the qualities of all chakras as ones meditates more and more.
You will know when your heart is open or when it is closed.
When you think MY MA LOVES ME, the heart heats and opens wider and wider allowing love to come in and out on the breath.
I love you my chelas.
Feel this love in the center of your being this very moment.
Love Ma
