Om Ganesha,
Afternoon Pujas and Prayers
March 27, 2009
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
This weekend I teach once again Kali Natha Yoga to our Teachers who will be taking this sacred yoga out into the world.
The asanas will help the yogi and yogini to become a full participant in the process of life.
The most powerful source of life that you will learn is your breath.
The breath of the Universe that is in you.
We all breathe unconsciously, taking the breath for granted each day.
The breath is the food of life and will help you to live your life in a more full way than you ever had before.
One of course will need to practice, yet practice becomes a joy and not a problem that is boring.
We all need to practice.
This is how we nurture our selves.
The self that is none other than the Mother.
Imagine if you knew for sure that the breath you breathe in and out is the breath that your Mother Guru is breathing in and out.
When I first realized this, i was filled with joy.
Truly I am one with my Baba and truly my chelas are one with their Guru Mother.
When your level of energy has fallen you only need to breathe in deeply from the Universe, hold the breath and feel the Shakti flowing through you as you let it out.
What a joy this information is when you finally can understand it.
This comes to you with the breath, a whole world of sensations coming from the Universe and Earth.
Mother.
Such a gift.
Invite the breath inside of you and feel that with your conscious thoughts you are free from thoughts that the ego sends you.
We all have abundant amounts of prana.
Take a breath right now and hold it, then let it out.
Watch the breath coming out and into the Universe.
This is pure shakti, the consciousness of the living breath.
I will teach this evening and this weekend how to use your breath as a shakti filled catalyst for change in your life.
I love you my chelas with every breath I take.
I am the Mother and you are my child.
Love Ma
Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai.
Always at His Feet of our Neem Karoli Baba Ki Jai
