Namaste my chelas all over the world.
This Kali Natha Yoga Intensive went beyond time and space.
It was such an intimate way of learning from the Guru
There is nothing like it and I already miss my chelas.
To control the mind is not an easy thing to do.
The ego mind finds it difficult to withdraw and fix itself on your Beloved.
Once the breath is watched, it becomes easier and easier.
When the mind is still it becomes alert and aware.
The practice of Kali Natha Yoga and Kali Natha Pranayama brings a deep understanding to life.
The words Tantra Kali Natha Yoga means withdrawal with awareness of the mind from the mind’s preoccupation’s.
The Natha Yogi becomes absorbed in her Beloved.
The word yoga is to unite.
Kali Natha Yoga was taught to all the original Nathas men and women.
It was the quality of the yogi’s heart that caught Lord Shiva’s Attention not their gender.
This moment feel the unity of your heart with your body.
Say the name of your Beloved on the out breath and the in breath.
Feel the body warm to your yogic thought.
This is your thought.
Your thought of choice not what your ego wants to send you.
Keep breathing in and out the name of your Beloved until you feel your heart feel slightly warmer.
This is the sun of the Solar plexus uniting with the Universal sun and blending love with deeper love.
Blending action with thought.
Try this breath and know that your Mother Guru is with you on the in breath and the out breath and no breath at all.
Reaching for all you need in life brings you into the moment of accepting your own beauty.
You reach slowly.
Breathing in and out with awareness and reaching for your Beloved with your heart and your mind allows you to reach anything you need in life and death.
