Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Through meditation you can begin to enter into a dimension of calm.
If you are out of control with your anger, meditation can begin to help you not only control but to understand your anger.
I can not even begin to explain to you how much you can receive by going deeply in.
In order to receive the teaching of the self through the self, you must and I say must understand how much this Ma loves you and how much I will continue to love you no matter what you have ever done in your life.
You are not your past, you are not your future.
You are the moment and the moment is all that there is.
Watch your breath coming in and out this very moment.
I am with you.
Find the delight inside of you when you can feel the out breath on the upper lip.
Do not try too hard.
Be calm and easy on yourself.
Remember I am there, riding the waves of breath with you, always with you.
There is a way to melt into all that is around you.
To do this you must go past judgment.
Judgment of yourself and judgment of others.
As you judge you stop yourself from melting into the oneness of the universe.
The mind concentrates on the things it understands and therefore stops the flow to judge.
This is the way of the ego.
To always keep the mind going and going and making new stories to stop you from merging with the Oneness.
Getting lost in anger or jealousy stops you from living.
This is the goal of the ego, to have you get lost in yesterdays life.
Yes the past takes on a life of its own which keeps changing as your story changes.
This stops you from fully living in the moment.
Say to yourself, I am the road that I am walking on.
I am taking in all the beauty in nature and bringing it into my self with out judgment.
Find that you are stopping yourself from judging every moment and just moving through the beauty of life.
When hardship comes as hardship does, you still keep the flow always keeping the flow moving.
You begin to engage the heart more and more and leaving the ego mind behind.
This comes with discipline.
The discipline of sitting for a few moments twice a day and enjoying the quiet you have created as you walk upon the road that is you also.
The Higher mind knows how to take you to the Self.
How to bridge all feelings and emotions and have them mean something that you can understand with out judgment.
Every moment becomes an exciting journey once you can find discipline in your life.
My chelas I can not even begin to tell you how excited I am to share so much with you.
To have you walk by my side as Kashi grows and more and more chelas are coming Home and building.
So many are taking the Kali Natha Teacher Training’s taught a lot by the Mother Guru bringing us all together in more intimate surroundings of Kashi Mother.
The journey is becoming deeper and deeper as the love simply flows with in us all.
