Om Ganesha,

Afternoon Pujas and Prayers

May 15, 2009

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

There are two thoughts that run through us.

One is THE PASSING THOUGHT, THE OTHER IS THE ATTACHING THOUGHT.

One passes and the other clings and goes into a whole dialogue that can last for a few seconds or for hours.

The one that passes makes no impressions at all.

The other clings like glue and it is hard to get rid of.

Let the thoughts go like the clouds pass in the sky.

You do this by labeling them as THINKING OR IT IS JUST A THOUGHT OR PASSING AND SO ON.

Attachments fill up the space in you that holds love.

The way to maintain awareness and let the thoughts go pay no attention to any internal dialogue.

Saying thinking and thinking over and over does the trick.

Before you start the breath go over your whole body bringing relaxing feelings to the surface of the body.

In other words MY LEGS ARE TOTALLY RELAXED. MY THIGHS ARE TOTALLY RELAXED and so on.

You will find that just by doing this your body will take over and bring a soothing feeling.

Krishnamurti says: The cessation of thought is the awakening of intelligence.

No one judges you only you.

After meditating on the breath for a while say to your self, it is good to feel you close to me on my breath Mother.

Your love Mother is my breath and my breath lives on for you.

The breath brings us close and binds our hearts together. There is never loneliness in my life when I listen to the sound of my breath.

This is the greatest gift you can give me THE AWARENESS OF THE BREATH.

And then be grateful my chelas and watch all thoughts float away.

I love you my chelas.

Love Ma
