Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Instant cosmic consciousness is available at any moment in your life.
It can happen when you are meditating, walking, working or anything.
It comes as a gift at times or when one has worked and practiced and is wide open.
One can feel pleasant currents of inner energy and this is just the beginning.
At times one feels as if they would burst with happiness.
This is the awakening of Kundalini.
Your whole life changes.
You begin to see others in a new light.
You begin to see your self in the same light.
You want more and more to contact your inner self.
This is the way of Kundalini, to open you, to feed you, to guide you out of any trap your ego has you caught in.
The Mother keeps an eye on you, always watching always protecting and somehow always teaching.
Kashi Ashram provides a setting for those who truly want to merge with the Universal Mother.
To practice the Teaching of serving others and to bring kindness into the world is to live in the heart of the Mother.
The ego mind is the obstruction that stops one from true happiness.
One becomes demanding when the ego takes hold.
When the ego mind is temporarily at rest or suspended, the shakti it normally consumes is released to flow through out the rest of your body.
The ego misuses shakti to fulfill its own functions.
Once you find your inner source of energy you find that you can ignore your ego and follow the path of kindness and service to others.
The heart fills and joy flows and never seems to stop.
Once you taste the bliss of the Mother inside of you, you never get over it.
Your whole being yearns for the samadhi of the Mother.
