Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Please take care of my Mother Ashram as She takes care of all of you.
Prana is the subtle energy that can be directed through all chakras by the mind being focused.
The prana is sweet and sacred and should be used as such.
It is important for health and spiritual well being.
When the mind gets polluted with things of the world, then the prana of that person is cloudy and impure.
The manipura chakra is located in the Solor Plexus.
It is the place which flows below the navel.
The third chakra is the store house of prana in the body.
Sit in meditation and concentrate on your third chakra keeping the mind on this chakra creates a warmth, a fire that you will be able to direct to any Chakra.
This takes time and practice to accomplish and I promise I will teach you how.
For now get used to bringing your mind to your third chakra and feeling the warmth of the Mother burn away any impure or stale breath.
Just by walking on Kashi Sacred Grounds one can feel the beauty of pure breath and breathing.
The mantra for this center or chakra is OM MANE PADMA HUM.
This translates as HAIL TO THE JEWEL IN THE LOTUS.
This chakra is called CITY OF JEWELS.
There is a deep and wonderful fire that the yogis use in the third chakra there for transforming themselves into a pure being of light.
Following your heart as you live at the Feet Of Your Guru shows you deep inside how to use the Fires of the City of Gems.
Breathe in and out of this chakra and feel the fire.
Keep the flame in the center of your belly for at least 11 breaths.
Keep your mind on the flame and in no time you will find stale thoughts burning away into ash of learning.
