Namaste my chelas all over the world.
THE SIMPLE SEAL OF GRATITUDE is not just a meditation that I have asked my chelas to do during Ma’s Retreat, it is a way of life, a way of thanking the Universe for all it has given to us at any given moment.
Take a deep and filling breath and then give thanks for that breath then let the breath go as if it knows where it has to go and needs no guide.
And indeed it does not.
The breath is an entity that defies time.
The breath is beyond time and even beyond space or flesh.
In life the breath has a home in the body and in death it has a home in spirit.
When you attain this pure knowledge, not knowing dies and not trouble you again
Your breath pervades the entire cosmos.
Tearing away from Maya you enter into reality.
Then doubt falls away.
It falls away when you refuse a place in your heart for doubt.
In meditation root out doubt and false desire
Do not let untruths sneak up on you.
Desire the Universal Mother with all of your heart and soul.
Have faith in your self for this is where the Mother resides.
Hear you are reading the Mother Guru’s Darshan.
I am not even Home on my Sacred Ashram and I am writing as if i was.
Give thanks that I can reach all of your hearts in this way.
The Goddess or cosmic force in tantra is shakti This is the power of the Mother.
Shakti is the power of Shiva or at other times the power of peace.
Kali is time the feminine of time.
Ask Mother Kali to show you time in meditation.
Go into time.
Then follow the light out of time and breathe in the light of spirit which is out of time deep inside of you.
In that moment the breath begins to slow down and a certain freedom comes over you.
Be grateful and always remember that I am watching always watching.
The Guru protects the chela even from himself and the doubts the ego sends him.
Feel the power of protection all around you.
This is the protection of the yogi who is the Mother Guru.
She is always watching, this is Her inmost nature
