Summer Breath one– Breath of the Beloved

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Every day you are given many hints on how to live in the moment

Make a list in your journal of living in the moment and how it feels.

What do you want answers to.

And if you get the answers what will you do with them.

What is the purpose of finding answers if you do not listen to them.

All the answers come from you.

The natural flow of life flows through you, questions and answers.

Transformation begins deep inside of your being.

Each day you take off the rough edges more and more.

For the mystic, one remembers being together with God the Mother and God the Father.

Separation comes from thoughts, thoughts that are stale and have no place in your life.

You can never be separate from the Mother.

She will not allow this to happen.

My chelas, your world is your mirror, remembering this can change your life from this moment on.

If everything wasn’t in you, then you could not exist in your world.

No one is responsible for your life, this is all your responsibility.

Releasing the pain inside of you is releasing all of your negative fears.

Picture the Light of the Mother lighting every dark space inside of you.

Do this right now.

Close your eyes and think of something negative inside of you and then see a light cover it all.

One by one you will experience emotional healing of the negative spaces.

What is it you want to go beyond in meditation.

Tune in and feel your awareness come alive.

You now have an alive feeling in your heart.

Feel the heart beating, feel the breath coming in an out.

Do nothing and let life live you.

You are now beyond suffering.

Your relationship with the Mother  can bring you at this point a glimpse of what can be and what  actually is.

Outside the veil of your being is the pain that continually makes itself present.

Inside the veil you can find the strength to conquer all your problems.

All obstacles begin to disappear.

When you think of your Beloved your whole body changes.

You begin to relax more and more.

Can you acknowledge your Beloved this moment.

She is your breath, feel your breath.

She is your heart beat, feel your heart beating.

She is your mind, feel your thoughts thinking Mother Mother Mother.

Now it is both you and your Beloved together able to conquer your reactions to circumstances.

Calling your Beloved is just not a simple call.

It is one who loves you unconditionally who walks through life with you and then meets you again in death.

She brings to you a new relationship in life, consisting of inner and outer feelings.

No separation.

It is you and your Beloved.

When you feel that your world is falling apart and it is you who is fighting the world breathe in and feel the strength of your Beloved.

Soon your strength will double itself and more.

You find that the two of you can walk through life with love in your hearts binding you together.

Breathe in deeply, breathe in even more.

Now breathe out.

When you think you have breathed all the breath, breathe out more, come on you can breathe out more.

Then breathe in again and breathe out more and more.

Soon you will be working with your lungs.

You will find that stale breathe leaving you is like having stale thoughts leaving also.

The more you practice this type of breathing, the more you are able to breathe in the prana of the universe and breathe out what you do not need.

Do this more and more each day.

Your life will change.

Soon you will be breathing the breath of your beloved.

You both breathe in deeply and then you breathe out deeply, when you think you are at the end of your breath squeeze out more and then more.

Keep doing this.

Your breath is your Beloved and you are your Beloved’s Breath.

She will not let you hold anything stale within you.

Try it today.

Remember I am always with you.

There are two currents that always run through your body, male and female.

Your Beloved keeps every thing running right.

It is so simple yet it is very strong.

Just knowing of these two currents running through your body keeps you always connected to your breath.

As you breathe in and out keep the tip of your tongue against your upper teeth.

Some times it is easier to breathe out more as you press harder against your teeth.

It is time my chelas to learn more and more about your breath and the breath of your Beloved.

It is just not a simple breathing spiritual exercise, it will be spiritual exercise that you will never forget.

Getting lost in your breath will keep you more and more in the moment.

The moment with your Beloved.

I am excited for all of you my chelas.

Getting to know yourself through your breath will bring a calm love to you, a gift from your Beloved.
